The development of the Internet has greatly promoted social production, and its development is deeply embedded in every branch of social development, which has influenced labor mobility in many ways.At present, the initial flow of labor force in China has been basically completed, the dividend of rural labor force has been basically released, and the scale of the re-flow of labor force is becoming larger and larger. This re-flow behavior based on the existing flow has become a non-negligible part of the process of population flow in China.Reflow refers to multiple flows based on the initial flow, not just the second flow. The re-mobility discussed in this paper is limited to the regional level.Based on the characteristics of samples, this paper discusses the re-mobility willingness of migrant workers, including the willingness of migrant workers to return to their hometown and the willingness of migrant workers to re-migrate between cities. At present, the academic research on the influence mechanism of labor re-mobility intention is still in the exploratory stage. This paper considers the causes of labor re-mobility from the perspective of Internet development and also provides a new perspective for us to study labor backflow and inter-city re-mobility.This paper studies the influence of Internet development on the willingness of labor remigration from both theoretical and empirical aspects. This paper cites classic labor mobility theories such as push and pull theory, new labor migration theory, rational expectation school and life cycle theory, and takes variables at different levels such as individual, family and society into consideration. At the same time, this paper uses the dynamic monitoring survey data of migrant population in 2017 to explore the influence mechanism of the Internet on migrant labor mobility by analyzing the influence of Internet development in the inflow and outflow places on migrant labor’s willingness to re-migrate.The results show that:(1)the development of Internet will significantly enhance the return intention of migrant workers and the willingness to re-flow between cities. However, the development of Internet only significantly weakens the return intention of migrant workers, but has no significant impact on the willingness to re-migrate between cities.(2)This paper analyzes the influence mechanism of the Internet development in the inflow and outflow places on the willingness of migrant workers to re-migrate.Through further analysis, this paper finds that the Internet development in the destination places can strengthen the return intention of labor force through three mechanisms:squeezing income, inhibiting social integration, and weakening local settlement intention, and also strengthen the willingness to re-migrate between cities by inhibiting social integration. On the contrary, the development of the Internet in the diaspora has strengthened the willingness of migrant workers to settle down there, thus weakening their willingness to return. In this paper, endogeneity is eliminated through instrumental variables, which is established after robustness tests such as replacement of main explanatory variables and replacement of different databases.Different groups affected by the development of the Internet, this paper found that the third industry working group,middle-aged group and crossregional flow groups will again flow more easily affected by the development of the Internet, this also for our country under the background of Internet development promote regional balanced development, realize the integration between urban and rural areas and full employment with Angle of view for reference. From the perspective of policy suggestions, this paper puts forward the following suggestions:(1)strengthen information re-education and weaken the digital divide;(2)Strengthen Internet supervision to protect market order;(3)Strengthen urban cultural construction and attach importance to the construction of the sense of belonging of the migrant labor force.
