| Since the reform and opening up,the Communist Party of China(CPC)has combined Marxist thought with China’s poverty alleviation practice,deepened its understanding of the laws governing poverty control,and put forward a series of new ideas and viewpoints.Under the leadership of CPC,we have achieved an overall victory in poverty alleviation,creating the greatest poverty alleviation miracle in human history by the unremitting efforts of the Sons and daughters of the Chinese nation.It is theoretical and practical significance for the consolidation of poverty alleviation achievements and the follow-up poverty control work to sort out the process of poverty alleviation work since the reform and opening up and summarize the achievements and experience of poverty alleviation work.According to the work focus and task priorities of the CPC in different periods,the process of poverty alleviation can be divided into three stages: breaking institutional constraints and embarking on a new journey of poverty alleviation,transforming poverty alleviation methods and breaking through bottlenecks,and eradicating absolute poverty.With the different national conditions of poverty governance,the methods adopted will also change,showing the characteristics of diversification and rationalization.The key to achieving the great victory in poverty alleviation is to uphold the leadership of the CPC,to adhere to the people-centered principle,to give full play to the institutional advantages of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and to give full play to the principal role of the poor people in poverty alleviation.Poverty alleviation is not the end,under the leadership of CPC to vigorously promote the spirit of poverty alleviation,continue to struggle will gradually achieve the goal of common prosperity for all people continue to move forward. |
