Study On Sustainable Growth Of Rural Collective Economic Organization Income In Guitou Town, Ruyuan Yao Autonomous County, Shaoguan City

Rural collective economy is the important economic foundation of China’s socialist system,an important form of socialist public ownership economy,the material foundation for the full implementation of rural revitalization,and the prerequisite for accelerating agricultural and rural modernization.In recent years,the CPC Central Committee has continuously proposed to develop and strengthen the rural collective economy.From the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to implement the rural revitalization strategy and strengthen the rural collective economy for the first time.To the fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee pointed out deepening reform of rural collective property rights system and developing a new type of rural collective economy.The sixth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)proposed to steadily walk the road of Chinese-style agricultural and rural modernization.This has formed a pattern of development to follow.Therefore,the development and expansion of rural collective economy is always a major and urgent task.In this respect,Both Ruyuan County and Guitou Town have made beneficial exploration,which has a certain experience basis.The rural collective economic organizations are the most important carrier among them.Further study on the sustainable growth of the income of rural collective economic organizations is of far-reaching historical significance to enhance the vitality of collective economic development,better implement the rural revitalization strategy,and lead farmers to gradually achieve common prosperity.Therefore,this paper takes the rural collective economic organization of Guitou Town,Ruyuan Yao Autonomous County,Shaoguan City as the research object.By reviewing the foreign research on the concept,main types and functions of cooperatives.As well as domestic research on the concept,realization form,existing problems and countermeasures of rural collective economic organization.Clearly define the concept of rural collective economy,rural collective economic organization and income.Use "ownership and property rights","land rent" and "industrial structure" theory.Investigate and study 14 rural collective economic organizations in Guitou Town.Comprehensively proved the town income status quo of the rural collective economic organizations,analyses the existing problems and factors restricting its development,draw lessons from foreign development of farmer cooperatives and the domestic development of the rural collective economic organizations success experience,truly rural collective economic organization income for the town of guangxi head provide general countermeasure and the suggestion of sustainable growth.
