lack of supervision,they have jointly led to the emergence of a large number of "problematic real estates" across the country.These "problematic real estates" have laid many hidden risks for the society.It has triggered a large number of mass petitions and has become a problem that continues to plague government departments.For the Chinese people,the importance of the house that needs to be supported by a family for a lifetime is self-evident,and the feeling of wanting to solve the problem of the house is even more empathetic;for the government,How to solve the most urgent demands for the masses in the fastest and best way,that is,to resolve the "problem real estate" as soon as possible has become an urgent matter.This research takes Yibin City as an example,points out the necessity and urgency of "problem real estate" to resolve and disposes,gradually understands the background and current situation of "problem real estate" in Yibin City,through questionnaire survey method,interview method and comparative analysis method.The method digs deeply into the problems and their reasons in the disposal of "problem real estate" in Yibin City,combined with the application of the ladder theory of public participation and the social amplification theory of risks,and puts forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions in a targeted manner.As a relatively standard fourth-tier city in my country,Yibin City’s "problem real estate" disposal problems and countermeasures research have a good reference for other similar cities across the country,especially the surrounding cities in the resolution and disposal of "problem real estate" work.By emphasizing public participation,this research continuously deepens citizens’ participation in government activities,and raises the ladder of public participation,so that they can actually participate in things they care about,and form reasonable complements with government departments.This approach can effectively change The current embarrassing situation of insufficient supervision can also open up the traditional vision of the resolution and disposal of "problem real estate",and provide new ideas for the advancement of work.In addition,in the face of such huge hidden dangers of social risks behind the "problematic real estate",it is particularly important to strengthen the government’s
