Research On The Behaviour Of Corporations' Participation In The Supply Of Rural Public Goods Based On Corporate Social Responsibility Cognitive Theory

After the tax reform,arrangement of rural public goods system which supplied from top to bottom by government appeared many problems,The responsibility between central government and local government ins' t clear and financal resource of local government is at a low level,and farmers themselves are easy to be separared,as well as the non-competitive and non-exclusive of public goods,all above lead to a serious shortage of rural public goods supply in China.In this case,the government called on and encouraged various mainbodies participate in the supply of rural public goods,and in fact rural public goods supply has come into a multivariant supply mode including collective supply and market supply.During this period,more and more corpotations become the main suppliers of rural public goods through the fulfillment of their social responsibility.Therefore,how to encourage more corpotations to actively fulfill the social responsibility to participate in the supply of rural public goods has become a social concern.This article study on the participation of corpotations in rural public goods supply,in the perspective of corporate social responsibility,based on the Carroll's Pyramid Model and Wartick and Cochran's Corporate Social Performance Model,build a behavior research framework of the participation of corpotations in rural public goods supply with a dynamic point of view under the perspective of social responsibility.The development of corporate social responsibility can be divided into four stages,including its introduction period,germination period,development period and mature period,and then analyze the relationship between the corporate cognition of social responsibility and behavior of corporate participation in the supply of rural public goods in different stages of the development of social responsibility.Combine with the case study of China Resources(Holdings)Co.,LTD,Schneider Electric SA(China)and F Mining Exploitation Co.,LTD.,and then put forward some relevant policy suggestions about improving level of the cognition of corporate social responsibility and the participation of the corporate supply of rural public goods.Corporate social responsibility is a dynamic development process,along with the development of the corporation,its cognitive degree of social responsibility will also improve gradually from a low level.At different stages of the development of corporate social responsibility,enterprises will choose different ways to participate in the supply of rural public goods.The better the enterprise develop,the higher the cognitive level of corporate social responsibility is,the more the all kinds of manpower and material resources will be invested when corporations participating in the supply of rural public goods.Improve cognitive level of corporate social responsibility,can promote the effective supply of rural public goods by corporations.
