Research On Service Mode Of Service Enterprise And Its Utility Value Evaluation

With the rapid development of the service industry,the importance of service-oriented enterprises as the core of the service industry is self-evident.The service model is the core of the enterprise’s healthy operation,which affects the development of the service enterprise,and has become a key factor affecting the competitiveness of the service enterprise.The continuous optimization of the service model will guide the service company to continue to innovate.At the same time,as one of the important factors affecting the competitiveness of enterprises,service products and service products complement each other to jointly promote the development of enterprises.In the life cycle of a service enterprise,service products are the foundation,services are logically oriented,service models are the key,and service model utility value evaluation and optimization are the driving force.As the key to the success of service companies,evaluating their utility value on the basis of existing service models and giving optimization strategies have gradually become a problem that needs urgent attention and solution in the development of service-oriented companies.Based on the above background,I choose to evaluate the utility value of the enterprise service model as the research focus of the article.By combing the domestic and foreign research literature on service models and their utility value,the research focus of the paper is determined.The thesis takes the service enterprise as the research object and the service model as the main research content.Study the concept,constituent elements and characteristics of service mode,and explain the connotation and characteristics of the utility value of the service mode,put forward the evaluation method of the service mode utility value and the evolution content of the service platform in the service mode,construct the service mode utility value evaluation system and evaluation The model makes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the utility value of the service mode,and at the same time puts forward the evaluation method of the service mode development stage,and finally applies the constructed evaluation system in practical cases.The thesis mainly expounds the conceptual representation of the service model and analyzes the priori,relative stability,dynamic interactivity,evolution of the service model,analyzes the components of the service model and gives a formal representation of the service model.The five parts of service subject value,service content value,service strategy value,service platform value,and service object value are used to study the service model utility value.Based on the analysis of the process of realizing the utility value of the service model,the utility value evaluation index system is further determined by analyzing the relationship between the components of the service model and the influencing factors and analyzing the relationship between the evaluation elements.The ANP method is used to determine the weight of the evaluation index,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to comprehensively evaluate the utility value of the service model.Through the analysis of the service model,this paper builds an evaluation model and indicator system,including five first-level indicators and 24 second-level indicators.Through the evaluation of the utility value of M’s service model,the advantages and disadvantages of M’s service model are found,and the corresponding suggestions are given based on the deficiencies and index factors.Finally,the evaluation study of the utility value of the service model is combined.I get the management inspiration from the theoretical level and the practical level,and I hope to provide some theoretical guidance and reference for the evaluation of the service model utility value.
