Research On Evolutionary Game Of Scientific Research Cooperation In Virtual Academic Community Based On System Dynamics

With the rapid development of Internet technology,great changes have taken place in the way of academic exchange.As an important requirement for the construction of an innovative country and innovative society,scientific research cooperation has become an inevitable trend with the deepening of research and the increasing complexity.The rise of virtual academic community in the Internet environment not only provides a platform for scientific research and academic exchanges,but also provides an objective basis for scientific research cooperation.With the advantages of information diffusion,resource integration and interdisciplinary knowledge exchange,virtual academic community has gradually become an important platform for scientific researchers to exchange knowledge,share knowledge,acquire knowledge and innovate knowledge.It breaks the space-time barrier of traditional scientific research cooperation,helps researchers search,acquire and contribute professional knowledge,and meets the needs of scientific research in the Internet environment.Compared with traditional scientific research cooperation achievements in the form of papers and patents,the scientific research cooperation achievements in the community are more flexible and practical,attracting researchers to join them,forming a virtuous circle of scientific research cooperation.After long-term continuous development,the virtual academic community has become more and more perfect,and different forms of community models have emerged.They play an important role in promoting knowledge sharing,knowledge exchange,and scientific research cooperation among researchers,and have been widely accepted by the industry.How the community can further stimulate the enthusiasm of community researchers to participate,improve the efficiency of scientific research cooperation,and maintain the vitality of scientific research groups is still a question worth considering.It can be seen that the establishment of a mechanism that can promote community development is particularly important.Firstly,this paper introduces the research cooperation of virtual academic community,puts forward the main problems faced by community scientific research cooperation,determines the external variables involved in the game model,introduces punishment mechanism and reward mechanism,constructs the game model with community platform and scientific researchers as the main body,and obtains the income matrix of both sides under different strategy choices,and the replicated dynamic equation is introduced to solve the equilibrium solution of community platform supervision under different conditions of static reward and punishment,dynamic punishment,dynamic reward and dynamic reward and punishment,and its stability is analyzed.Since evolutionary game and system dynamics are the dynamic change process to study the system,a hybrid strategy evolutionary game model between community platform and scientific research participants is constructed by using system dynamics to study the dynamic evolution of the system,realize the effective combination of evolutionary game and system dynamics,and reasonably assign external variables.In order to verify the stability of the game equilibrium and further verify the accuracy of the game model,simulate the external variables and analyze the influence of different initial values on the system.Combined with quantitative and qualitative analysis,it is found that:the game between virtual academic community platform and scientific research participants is a long-term process;there is no stable equilibrium point when the reward and punishment of community platform is static;there is a stable equilibrium point when the punishment,reward and punishment of community platform are dynamic,and the system reaches equilibrium.Finally,according to the factors that affect the strategy selection of virtual academic community platform and scientific research participants,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions,so that researchers in virtual academic community can restrain and regulate their own behavior and actively participate in community cooperation,so as to promote the healthy development of virtual academic community.
