| With the rapid popularization and continuous penetration of the Internet,virtual communities have developed rapidly.Relational virtual communities are virtual communities formed on the basis of offline real social relations.As a platform for interpersonal interaction,information acquisition and information exchange,they have penetrated into every corner of employees’ work and daily life.However,employees in cyberspace are vulnerable to the interference of the virtual community environment and other people,resulting in psychological cognitive bias,affecting their work status and passion.This research will focus on the relation-based virtual community,take enterprise employees as the research object,and start with the sorting and summary of relevant research results at home and abroad.Comprehensive use of empirical analysis,network game,multi-agent modeling and simulation and other research methods to explore the evolution mechanism of employees’ work passion in the context of relational virtual community.Guide enterprise managers to carry out targeted management and control to ensure the enthusiasm and vitality of employees.The specific research work of this paper is as follows:First of all,it analyzes the individual behavior characteristics of employees in the context of relational virtual community.Establish a conceptual model of individual behavior characteristics of employees in the context of relational virtual community,put forward relevant assumptions,and design a questionnaire.According to the collected survey data,SPSS26.0 is used to conduct quantitative analysis of individual behavior characteristics in the context of relational virtual community.Summarize the typical behavior characteristics of employees in the relation-based virtual community environment.Excavate the potential factors that affect the daily work status of employees,and lay the foundation for building a network game model for the evolution of employees’ work passion in the relation-based virtual community environment.Secondly,the network game model of employees’ work passion evolution in the context of relational virtual community is constructed.Based on the research in the previous chapter,starting from the behavior characteristics of individual employees in the relation-based virtual community environment,this paper puts forward relevant assumptions,and defines individual related variables and relation-based virtual community environment related variables.Further,based on the network game theory,build a game model for the evolution of employees’ work passion in the relation-based virtual community environment.Use the replication dynamic equation to solve the equilibrium point of the game system and analyze the stability.Through the change relationship between each parameter and the probability of stable evolution of passion work strategy,the evolution trend of employees’ work passion under different parameter conditions is preliminarily explored.Finally,the network game model of employees’ work passion evolution in the context of relational virtual community is simulated.Based on the modeling idea of complex network,set the rules of employee behavior evolution and complex network simulation algorithm in the context of relational virtual community.Then,with the help of the Anylogic8.7.0 simulation platform,the simulation model interface design is carried out,including the main interface design,person type interface design,and complex network interaction interface design.Constructing a Simulation Model for the Evolution of Employees’ Work Passion in a Relational Virtual Community Environment.Further define the initial value of variables to conduct simulation tests to simulate the dynamic evolution process of employees’ work passion under the environment of relational virtual community.Observe the evolution trend of employees’ work passion under the change of individual related variables,relational virtual community environment related variables and network relationship intensity variables.Reveal the evolution mechanism of employees’ work passion under the environment of relational virtual community.It also provides effective countermeasures and suggestions for the organization’s managers to promote employees to maintain their work enthusiasm under the influence of the virtual network environment. |
