With the continuous development of the e-business market and the logistics and distribution,community group buying has become a common shopping style in people’s lives.However,because consumer demand information is distorted between e-business platforms and suppliers,the offline experience is often unsatisfactory.This research focuses on the C2B/C2F community e-business model based on customer needs,combined with the supply chain operation and management experience of Wenyi’s Yipin Mall project in recent years,and proposes a local community e-business platform supply chain management centered on the needs of members.The innovation system includes self-developed supply chain management tools such as local community group buying positioning,self-operated and self-owned brand strategies,self-built pre-warehouses,and member demand management systems.Finally,the implementation performance is evaluated by the balanced scorecard and Likert scale model.This article analyzes the characteristics of some major domestic e-business platforms,trying to find out where the current C2B community e-business platforms can be improved,and then discusses a more perfect C2B2F pull-type composite supply chain management model.Hope to have some reference to the operators.The content of the article tries to prove that the customized and innovative e-business platform"NNWN.CN" has a supply chain management model focused on the needs of members.It starts from the on-demand customization,to the introduction of the e-business platforms with C-side customization supply chain model,to the three-dimensional discussion of Wenyi Company’ s on-demand management system from member demand management system,business gift customized management system and supplier matching management system.The main conclusion is that the platform side should play a role in matching and planning between the demand side and the supplier,and at the same time explore the demand matching between the suppliers and create a composite cross membership ecosystem.
