With the advent of the era of knowledge economy of the Internet of Everything,innovation has become a decisive factor that affects the development of enterprises.The development of enterprises cannot be driven by innovation,and the overall innovation of enterprises comes from the individual level of innovation of each employee in the organization.If individual employees do not have enough knowledge and skills as theoretical support,innovation is impossible to talk about.An important way for employees to quickly acquire knowledge is to share knowledge within the organization.However,if a good organizational atmosphere is not formed in the enterprise,the occurrence of knowledge sharing must be hindered,and the interpersonal trust relationship within the organization as one of the important evaluation criteria for measuring the organizational atmosphere will definitely affect knowledge The occurrence of sharing behaviors in turn affects the level of employee creativity.Also in the actual production and management activities of the enterprise,each employee's sensitivity to creative production activities is different.The existence of creative self-efficacy as the individual characteristics of individual employees will affect the way of thinking of individual employees' creativity.In this context,this article explores how interpersonal trust affects employee creativity,and on this basis,explores the intermediary role of knowledge sharing and the moderating role of creative self-efficacy between the two.The research object of this study is mainly in-service employees of enterprises in the developed regions of eastern China.After more than two months of questionnaire distribution,a total of 435 valid questionnaires were collected.After sorting and coding the questionnaire,the relationship between various variables such as interpersonal trust,employee creativity,knowledge sharing and employee creative self-efficacy in this study was analyzed and tested by SPSS22.0 data analysis software.The results of empirical research show that:(1)the independent variable interpersonal trust and its two sub-dimensions(emotional trust and cognitive trust,the same below)will have a positive effect on the employee creativity of the dependent variable;(2)interpersonal trust and its two sub-Dimensions have a positive impact on knowledge sharing;(3)Knowledge sharing has a positive impact on employee creativity;(4)Knowledge sharing plays an intermediary role in the mechanism of interpersonal trust on employee creativity;(5)employee creativity Self-efficacy plays a positive role in regulating the mechanism of interpersonal trust on employee creativity.Through further analysis of the research results of this article,it enriches the research content of employee creativity issues,and at the same time puts forward relevant suggestions for enterprise innovation and development.
