| Technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)are the main body of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation".The incubator of science and technology enterprises is very important to them.However,the financing problem has always hindered the survival and development of technology-based SMEs.Therefore,how to solve the financing problem of technology-based SMEs is a major research hotspot.At present,the effective way to solve the financing problem of technology-based SMEs is not clear.Through the in-depth analysis of incubator financing services,this paper attempts to clarify the practical reasons for the financing obstacles of technology-based SMEs,and puts forward the financing service mode that can effectively solve their financing difficulties.First of all,starting from the current situation and existing problems of domestic incubator financing services,and based on the foreign advanced experience,this paper compares and analyzes the effective matching degree of financing methods with incubated enterprises and incubators,and puts forward the idea of core financing service mode composed of venture capital and intellectual property financing.Secondly,the paper analyzes the internal mechanism of the core financing service mode and the necessity and feasibility of its construction from the theoretical level,and verifies it with the statistical analysis method;from the perspective of theory and reality,the paper constructs the financing service mode of incubator.Thirdly,the case analyzes the current situation and existing problems of Chongqing hi-tech Zone Incubator financing service,and further analyzes that the core financing service mode plays a positive role in solving the problems faced by the incubated enterprises.The analysis shows that the core financing service mode is its inevitable choice.Combined with the current reality,its financing service mode is integrated and constructed.Finally,this paper puts forward the policy suggestions to optimize the incubator financing service mode from the macro,meso and micro levels.The main conclusions and policy suggestions are as follows:(1)For incubated enterprises,the core financing service mode composed of venture capital and intellectual property financing has the functions of multi-level financing amplification,promoting technological innovation and improving operation level.(2)The core financing service mode provides an effective way to solve the financing problems of incubated enterprises,helps to establish the innovative development direction of incubator financing service mode,and is conducive to promoting the improvement of science and technology financial system.The incubator should choose to construct the financing service mode supported by the core financing service mode.(3)In order to effectively implement and truly play the role of the core financing service mode,at the macro level,it is necessary to promote the construction of the macro environment on which the core financing service mode relies,support the development of venture capital industry,and improve the operation system of intellectual property financing management;at the meso level,it is necessary to improve the assessment mechanism,strengthen the team building and talent incentive,and effectively build the core financing service mode;at the micro level,the incubated enterprises should focus on gradually establishing core technology system based on market potential,carry out excellent operation management,and apply core financing service mode to promote development. |
