Research On The Development Path Of Housing Industrialization From The Perspective Of Real Estate Enterprise

In order to promote social sustainable development and improve people’s living environment,The 18 th National Congress Of The Communist Party pointed that Ecological Civilization must be put in the central position of the overall work.The development of housing industrialization is an important strategic measure to promote urban and rural development,green development and sustainable development.Housing industrialization is beneficial to save energy resources and reduce the pollution of the construction,improve labor productivity and safety production level,it can fuse the construction of industrialization and information deeply,it is the important way to promote the social sustainable development and ecological civilization construction.At present,our government and enterprises actively develop housing industrialization.although the development of housing industrialization in China has made certain achievements,but it faces the restriction of various factors and all kinds of problems,so that industrialization has not formed a certain scale,and the speed and development level compared with the developed countries differ greatly.As the core enterprise of construction industry,real estate enterprise is an important link and driving force of the development of housing industrialization.For complying with the change of industrialization,real estate enterprises must plan development strategy,play a role in the core industry chain,enhance core competitiveness,actively promote the development of housing industrializationthis article introduces housing industrialization theory firstly,including the definition,connotation,and gives a detailed analysis for the present situation of domestic and foreign development,summarizes the problems existing in the development of housing industrialization in our country.Next,Under the background of housing industrialization,the feasibility and necessity of housing industrialization development of real estate enterprises are summarized,namely why real estate enterprise development of housing industrialization.Through a large number of literature reading and market research,the article summarizes the 15 factors affecting the development of housing industrialization,and by using AHP to rank the importance of the influencing factors,concluded that the main influencing factors.Finally,according to the influential factors,the author puts forward the main strategy measures for the real estate enterprises to implement the housing industrialization,which is of great significance for the real estate enterprises to promote the housing industrialization.
