The incentive problem of real estate enterprises has always been an important subject concerning the management of real estate enterprises.At present,China’s real estate enterprises are developing rapidly,but the real estate enterprises are facing fierce competition.More and more real estate enterprises have gradually realized that human resources are the key to promote the sustainable competitiveness of real estate enterprises.However,the real problem is that many employees of real estate enterprises are not motivated,and the employees’ enthusiasm for work is reduced and their work efficiency is not high.Under such a background,it is of great realistic value and significance to explore the design of incentive system in real estate enterprises and fully motivate employees’ work enthusiasm.This article along with the method of literature research and field survey,in the overview of the relevant motivation theory basis,to the company as a case to analyze the current situation of the real estate companies incentives,and the current real estate project incentive problems are analyzed,the concept of real estate project partner incentive principle of design and the basic scheme,and use the case analysis to the implementation of real estate partner incentive.Finally,it puts forward the guarantee measures for the incentive system of the real estate project partners,in order to provide the policy suggestions for the new incentive system design of the company.J real estate group is a real estate company listed in Hongkong.After 20 years of development,its projects have been spread over several cities,covering many industries,such as architecture,decoration,design,property management,hotel development and management,education and so on.In this paper,with the J real estate group currently affecting business talent and coordination is weak,research status quo,through the operation of J real estate group business model selection and its driving factors,combined with the implementation of partner system within the industry,and the shortage of J real estate group existing incentive system,analyzes the feasibility and necessity of implementation partner incentive strategy,the partner incentive scheme.In the case of a project in Guangdong of the J real estate group,the effect of the implementation of the partner incentive plan was evaluated.At present,the development of real estate partnership system is still at the initial stage,and it needs to be perfected gradually in the details of the mode and implementation.In the end,this paper also makes bold prospects,hoping to build a new real estate ecosystem based on this incentive theory in the future.
