| ABSTRACT:At present,'green'has become a global issue. Countries around the world formulate more and more stringent environmental regulations for firms. The public awareness of environmental protection is gradually strengthened. In this context, more and more real estate companies also committed to the development of green real estate products to seize market opportunities. During the development process of the real estate, the developer is unlikely to participate directly in every aspect of the process, but integrate effectively the resources of the developer itself and the related enterprises through its own organization and management. The real estate green supply chain provides a good platform for the developers to select business partners who are consistent with the development of corporate strategy, effectively integrate external resources, improve the core competitiveness of the enterprises and realize the economic and social benefits.Firstly, this paper reviews the real estate development, green supply chain and green supply chain partnership theory. On this basis, combining with the development process of real estate projects, I build the real estate green supply chain. Secondly, the importance of selection of the green supply chain partners is discussed. Combining with the main indexes to which real estate enterprises reference when they select partners, the paper establishes a relatively complete set of evaluation index system for partners' selection. Thirdly, according to the characteristics of partners'selection, the Fuzzy-AHP comprehensive analysis method is sorted out from numerous evaluation methods to serve as the method for partners'selection and corresponding model is built. Finally, on the basis of fully investigating and analyzing the real estate enterprise, the paper carries on an empirical research on the partners'selection using the Fuzzy-AHP comprehensive analysis model, which demonstrates the practical significance of the above theory. This paper has12 figures,30 tables and49 references. |
