Compensation is an important material basis for the survival and development of employees,a powerful tool to mobilize employees’ enthusiasm,an important link between employees and companies,and the core of human resource management.Although compensation is not the only incentive method,it largely affects the retention of employees.Among them,the compensation system,as one of the core pillars in the human resource management system,plays an important role in the development and operation of the enterprise.This paper takes CR Company as the research object.While Company CR rides on the booming train of the special robotics industry,it has been emphasizing the management of compensation,but with little success.The lack of a perfect compensation system and effective incentive mechanism resulted in a serious loss of personnel in Company CR.How to introduce excellent talents,give full play to the potential of human capital,and effectively enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise by establishing a scientific and reasonable compensation system is the main problem currently faced by Company CR.In this context,firstly,this paper elaborates the background and significance of the study,summarizes the research results and theoretical views on broadbanding compensation system at home and abroad,and gives an overview of the meaning,composition and related incentive theories of compensation;Secondly,on the basis of a full understanding of the organizational structure and personnel situation of Company CR,the current situation of compensation management of Company CR is analyzed and diagnosed by using questionnaire survey method,interview method and six-dimensional diagnostic model,combined with In order to ensure the design of the broadband compensation system,the company will use the regression analysis method to redesign the salary level,salary structure,salary combination and salary grade,and finally form the design of broadband compensation system applicable to company CR.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the broadband compensation system,this paper puts forward the guarantee measures from five levels: organization level,system level,performance level,communication level,and publicity and training respectively.
