| With the continuous development of the digital economy,data has become a new key production factor,integrated into the economic value creation process,and known as "the new oil".For enterprises,the economic impact of data elements is directly reflected in operational efficiency: on the one hand,data elements can form data products,which can be sold as commodities to directly create economic value;On the other hand,it can also indirectly create value based on application scenarios by optimizing resource allocation,influencing operational decisions,and multiplying the value of other element assets.In the process of data capitalization,data asset evaluation has the function of value discovery,which is a key and important link in the process of data capitalization.Therefore,studying and discussing data asset evaluation has important theoretical and practical significance,and it is of great significance to promote the market-oriented allocation of data elements.As a typical representative of application platforms,Internet video companies have a large amount of data assets formed from behavioral data and personal data,which are extremely important for driving the value growth of Internet video companies.Based on the uncertainty of the application scenarios of data assets in enterprises,this article divides the overall value of Internet video enterprise data assets into current value and potential value,and uses the income discount model and the B-S model to evaluate the two parts.In terms of valuation of existing value,a Cobb Douglas(C-D)production function model including data elements was constructed.Through empirical analysis,the industry ratio of data elements participating in income sharing was calculated.Considering that differences in application scenarios,business models,and other factors among different enterprises may cause differences in income sharing of data assets,a profitability correction system was further constructed from the perspective of financial analysis,The entropy weight method is used to modify the distribution rate.In terms of potential value evaluation,Internet video enterprise data assets are considered as European call options,and B-S model is selected for valuation.Finally,this paper takes Bilibili as a case study,and applies the constructed valuation model to evaluate the value of its data assets to verify the rationality of the model.Through empirical analysis of the C-D production function model that introduces data elements,it is found that the return sharing rate of data assets for enterprises in the Internet video industry is 59.17%,indicating that data assets have become the core driving factor of enterprise value in the industry,with a significant contribution to output.However,the returns to scale of data participation in production in the industry are decreasing,and the overall performance matches the industry’s operating characteristics and current situation.Moreover,through case analysis,it is found that the overall value of Bilibili data assets is far higher than the book value of its fixed assets and intangible assets,and accounts for a relatively high proportion of the "intangible asset portfolio" of off-book assets,indicating the dominant position of data assets in the composition of enterprise assets.The exploration of data asset evaluation methods in this paper has certain theoretical value for better promoting the use and circulation of data in the digital economy era,mining data value,and providing a theoretical basis for data assets entering the balance sheet measurement. |
