| In the context of the Internet and knowledge economy,people’s thirst for knowledge is increasingly strong.As one of the most representative products of web2.0,social Q &A community has become a well-known platform for people to acquire and share knowledge.At present,many scholars are keen on studying the user behavior,user-generated content and social network of the social question and answer community,and research on exploring the user knowledge network from the perspective of knowledge ecology is not perfect enough.This study focuses on exploring the symbiotic evolution of user knowledge network,which is of great significance to enrich the theoretical system of knowledge network,promote the knowledge sharing and innovation of the community,and improve the knowledge service of the community.In the early stage of research,relevant concepts,theories and methods are defined and elaborated through literature research.Subsequently,three key steps are included in this study.First,the structural characteristics of the user knowledge network in the social Q&A community are analyzed and summarized to prepare for the later analysis of the dynamic evolution of user knowledge network structures and knowledge symbiosis patterns.Secondly,the symbiotic mode of user knowledge network of social Q&A community is analyzed and summarized to clarify its types and corresponding characteristics,and the evolution process of user knowledge network structure of social Q&A community is deduced to explain the influences of network structure on the symbiotic mode.Finally,combining the knowledge network symbiosis mode and network structure,the symbiotic evolution of user knowledge network is analyzed and a symbiotic evolution model is constructed.Based on the static analysis of the previous two links,changes and correlations of the user knowledge network structure and symbiotic mode are analyzed in the social Q&A community development stage.It is discovered that user knowledge network in Q&A community evolves along four phases from low to high order of symbiotic evolution with the growth of network density and centralization and the shortening of average path length,which is point symbiosis commensalism,intermittent commensalism,intermittent mutualism,continuity mutualism.Symbiotic evolution model is constructed accordingly.In addition,in order to validate the theoretical model,empirical research is conducted taking DXY Q&A community as an example.The experimental results show that with the decrease of density and centralization and the increase of the average path length,the user knowledge network of the community evolves from continuity commensalism to intermittent commensalism.And problems existing in the community are found and the corresponding optimization suggestions are put forward.In the study,symbiotic mode and symbiotic evolution of user knowledge network in social Q&A community are analyzed and explored from the perspective of knowledge ecology,and a symbiotic evolution theory model is constructed.However,there are also some deficiencies in this study,such as the insufficient exploration of the symbiosis mode of user knowledge network in social Q&A community,and the insufficient representativeness of the selected subjects,which are the reference directions for relevant research in the future. |
