Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,under the influence of domestic and foreign environment,deep ultraviolet LED has entered a stage of rapid development.Deep ultraviolet LED chip technology and its packaging technology have been continuously improved.Compared with traditional ultraviolet light source,deep ultraviolet LED has the characteristics of high luminous efficiency,long life,energy saving,environmental protection and fast reaction speed,so that it has been widely used in more and more fields Deep ultraviolet leds emit light with a wavelength of less than 300 nm and are mainly used in sterilization and disinfection fields.This paper reviews the development status of deep ultraviolet LED chip substrate and packaging technology in recent years,introduces the deep ultraviolet LED related packaging process,tests the thermal performance and reliability of deep ultraviolet LED,and uses thermal simulation software to optimize the heat performance of deep ultraviolet LED.Finally,the deep ultraviolet LED was applied to the study of disinfection of medical oral pathogens and the design of disinfection small household appliances.The main research contents will be presented as following:1.In this paper,through the process optimization and structure optimization,The deep ultraviolet LED chip was bonded to the Al N ceramic substrate by the gold-tin eutectic process of point-print flux.The bonding thickness of gold-tin eutectic process is only 3μm,which can effectively reduce the junction temperature and thermal resistance.By setting a step groove on the dam of the three-dimensional ceramic substrate,and using silica gel bonded quartz glass and ceramic substrate,the damage of silica gel can be prevented by ultraviolet light and the air-tight encapsulation can be realized.This can achieve the effect of saving production costs2.In this paper,the photothermal performance and reliability of the packaged deep ultraviolet LED were studied.Under different transient and steady-state driven current,the variation law of thermal resistance junction temperature radiation flux radiation intensity and other parameters of deep ultraviolet LED were studied,and the cold and hot impact storage at high temperature storage at low temperature storage aging experiment was carried out.The results show that the junction temperature and optical parameters increase with the increase of current,while the thermal resistance is on the contrary,which can alleviate the range of junction temperature rise,which is conducive to heat dissipation.The long-term aging experiment verifies that the deep ultraviolet LED has good reliability.3.In this paper,the deep ultraviolet LED was simulated and the heat dissipation mode was optimized.Creo was used to model the deep ultraviolet LED and Floefd was used for thermal simulation.On the premise of not affecting the light condition,three kinds of heat dissipation materials filled with solid liquid gas in the enclosed metal dam were put forward for thermal simulation simulation.The results show that filling liquid cooling material in the enclosure dam can effectively reduce the temperature of deep ultraviolet LED,which can reduce the chip temperature of 50.5%.4.In this paper,deep ultraviolet LED is applied in the field of sterilization and disinfection,and deep ultraviolet LED is applied in the elimination of medical oral pathogens.In addition,based on the deep ultraviolet LED research design of some disinfection small household appliances.5.In conclusion,this paper uses the gold-tin eutectic process of point-printing flux to package the deep ultraviolet LED,which can realize the localization of the equipment and save the production cost of enterprises.By studying the photothermal performance and reliability of the deep ultraviolet LED,it is verified that the deep ultraviolet LED has good performance and reliability.The thermal simulation and heat dissipation optimization of the deep ultraviolet LED provide a reference value for the development and production of enterprises.Through the research and design of the elimination of deep ultraviolet LED,it provides a reference scheme for solving the problem of drug resistance of bacteria and viruses,and makes a contribution to public health.
