In the rescue scene of sudden hazardous chemical explosions,mining disasters,earthquakes,and other emergencies,various toxic,harmful,or radioactive substances are constantly changing.Real-time and accurate detection and perception of dynamically changing environmental parameters at the scene of an accident through an unmanned platform is crucial for timely and effective rescue organization.This puts forward higher requirements for technologies such as miniaturization,dynamic reconfiguration,real-time sensing,and intelligent processing of detection and sensing systems.Due to the poor reconfigurability of traditional sensor systems,there is a significant gap between them and the needs of modern rescue in terms of volume,weight,and sensor replacement.For this reason,the paper studies the principle and implementation of reconfigurable technology for complex environment sensing sensor systems,and solves the problems of dynamic building of sensing systems in complex environments,rapid detection of environmental parameters,and real-time transmission.The main work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,the task requirements for dynamic sensing of environmental parameters are proposed.Based on the investigation and summary of the current research status of key technologies for reconfigurable environmental state sensing systems,the overall framework and task indicators of reconfigurable sensor systems for complex environmental sensing are proposed.Then,a system architecture model of "protocol conversion unit+sensor management service platform" is designed.In terms of interface,the physical interface of five types of sensors,namely RS232,RS485,USB,CAN,and network interface,is unified through aviation connectors.The TTL level conversion chip is used to solve the problem of mismatched electrical interfaces of sensors.Finally,the protocol interface of various types of sensors is unified through MCU.The electrical interface and protocol interface of the sensor are designed and optimized with emphasis,realizing the function of selecting protocol conversion unit types through hardware circuits,reducing the complexity of reconstruction operations.According to the system framework and task indicators,corresponding solutions are made for the key technologies of reconfigurable sensor systems such as dynamic identification and driving/device loading of sensing system devices,optimal configuration of sensing device hardware interfaces,interface protocol conversion,sensing data analysis and standardization conversion.Finally,based on the above technologies,a reconfigurable sensor system for complex environment awareness was developed and tested in detail.Based on the task indicators and overall design scheme,the feasibility of the overall scheme and key technologies of the reconfigurable sensor system has been verified by testing whether the sensor system has output interface normalization features,multiple environmental state parameter detection and sensing functions,multiple heterogeneous interface sensor adaptation functions,and heterogeneous sensor dynamic adaptation functions.The reconfigurable sensor system studied and designed in this paper effectively improves the deployment efficiency of sensors in complex environments in unexpected situations,providing theoretical significance and engineering application value for researching sensor systems with dynamic adaptation and rapid reconfiguration typical features...
