Research On Chinese Online News Commentary Based On Sentiment Analysis

There is a tendency of emotional communication on the Internet,and the public is easy to be affected by emotions on the Internet and make emotional remarks,which poses new challenges to the guidance of public opinion and network governance in our country.News commentary has always been regarded as the banner and soul of the media.Relying on the advantages of the Internet,the media can timely make their own voice and guide the network public opinion through online news commentary.Under the background of the "emotional turn" of journalism,does news commentary,a style with stronger emotional expression,also have a constructive effect? Are you more active in your emotional expression? How to infect,impress and guide people through online news comments to achieve the constructive function of online public opinion guidance and emotional governance?Based on the above considerations,this study selected 2,173 online news comments published in the "online comments" column of seven central key news websites in 2021 as samples,and uses sentiment analysis and LDA topic model analysis tools to analyze their emotion categories,emotional high-frequency words and emotional issues.Then,with the help of affective bias,discourse analysis and agenda setting theories,the quantitative statistical results are explained to clarify the positive emotional tendency,emotional vocabulary and the "constructive" characteristics of emotional issues in online news comments.The results show that the constructiveness of online news comments in China is as follows: first,online news comments have positive emotion preference,and the emotion type is mainly "good";Second,in terms of discourse expression,use positive words to create positive discourse,balance diverse discourse,and coordinate opinions of all parties;Third,in the agenda setting,it is manifested in three aspects: actively setting positive energy issues,positive comments on negative issues,joint construction of issues among different websites,and forming public opinion guidance.Our Party has always attached importance to carrying out criticism in the press and using the news to constructively help improve the work.The constructiveness of network news commentary comes from the news work concept of positive propaganda,the media view different from the western "picking dung" and the Chinese traditional culture dominated by "harmony".Among the constructive practices of network news commentary,one is to have genre advantages,provide constructive views and guide practice;Second,it has the advantage of emotional guidance,guiding the public to form positive emotions through positive discourse and positive issues;Third,it has the advantage of public opinion supervision and promotes the solution of problems with a constructive position.In the face of the complex and changeable network public opinion environment,the mainstream media should shoulder the responsibilities and missions entrusted by The Times,constantly deepen the constructive practice of network news commentary,and create a good public opinion atmosphere for China’s socialist construction.In the constructive practice of network news commentary,one is to adhere to the unity of party spirit and people spirit;The second is to construct the positive affective dimension and realize the spread of empathy;Third,we should actively participate in social governance as a "builder".
