| As an important part of tourism,rural tourism is one of the most significant forces in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Meanwhile,as an important factor of the six elements of tourism,the development of tourism cannot be separated from the accommodation industry as well.Tourism homestay is a new carrier of rural tourism,which is an emerging form of business to meet people’s needs for a better life.It provides a non-daily living environment for visitors participating in rural tourism by creating an interactive space between the host and the guests,and it is favored by more and more tourists who pursue personalized travel experiences.Yangshuo county,one of the earliest international tourist destinations in China,had its first tourist homestay as early as the 1990 s.With the continuous development of the local homestay industry and the establishment of the Homestay College in recent years,this industry has been showing a more rapid growth trend.However,the increasing number of local homestay products also makes it highly competitive;besides,these products are uneven.So the key to operating a tourism homestay is whether it can attract tourists from all over the country or not,even the world,through high-quality services and obtain competitive advantages.Nowadays,online reviews on booking websites have become a major platform to reflect the quality of tourist home stay services.And it is also an important way for potential residents to assist in decision-making.Therefore,it is of great necessity and practical significance to evaluate the quality of tourist homestay through grounded theory coding analysis.Based on this background,this paper takes Yangshuo County tourist homestay as the research object,using literature analysis,data mining and qualitative analysis method.With the help of customer perception of service quality theory,experience economy theory and service experience theory to select Ctrip as the data source website.and uses octopus collector to collect tourists’ evaluation of Yangshuo County homestay.By use of Excel in preliminary screening,then combined with the grounded theory by Nvivo12 software for qualitative research,which is to analyze the influencing factors of Yangshuo county tourist homestay service quality evaluation,and build a service quality evaluation model.The results show that the evaluation of tourist homestay service quality in Yangshuo county is influenced by three factors: the core influencing factor is reception service,and the auxiliary ones are physical space and location environment.On this basis,the internal influencing factors of the service quality evaluation of Yangshuo tourist homestay are further analyzed.Some proposals are also propounded to boost the high-quality development of Yangshuo tourism homestays at length from the perspective of stakeholders,namely the government,the homestay industry and homestay operators. |
