"Let The Pessimist Go Ahead": Online Social Support Help And Support Outcomes Research

In recent years,as the divorce rate in China has continued to rise,divorce litigation cases have also increased.There is a phenomenon that has caused social concern,in order to obtain custody of the child after the divorce,one parent deliberately robbed and hid the child from the other party.Because the law is not yet perfect,The road to defending the rights of the victims involved is extremely difficult.With the increase in the number of victims,a public welfare group called “Purple Ribbon Mother” has emerged in the network,who are looking for solutions in the network and also calling for relevant legislation.After preliminary investigation,it was found that the situation of this group of people seeking help was not optimistic,and many people had been defending their rights for more than five or six years,or even longer,but there was still no result.This article takes “Purple Ribbon Mother” as the research object,studies to their network help-seeking behavior and its help-seeking effect.From the perspective of social support theory,with reference to the existing social support coding scheme,using the research methods of virtual ethnography and discourse analysis,this paper selects the most commonly used media platform of this group-“Weibo Super Talk”as the research field,extracts the original post and reply content of Super Talk as a research sample,collates and analyzes,and finally compiles the “Purple Ribbon Mother” online social support coding scheme.This article is divided into four parts,five chapters.The first part is the first chapter,through the “Purple ribbon mother related literature”,“The research aspect of network help-seeking” and “Social support coding” related research literature combing,and elaborated this research background,the research significance and the research method.The second part,the second chapter,introduces the process of compiling the online social support coding scheme of “Purple Ribbon Mothers”,which is divided into two categories: social support seeking and social support providing,they are divided into three categories: information support,emotional support and companionship support.There are 20 subcategories in the three categories.The third part is the third and fourth chapters,which are also the key chapters of this study,according to the coding results show that “Purple ribbon mother” of the network for help “Support supply more than support demand,” that is,sent out a call for help to get a large number of responses,but after in-depth analysis found that,there is a kind of support Deviation result-they expect Information support but actually get Emotional support;Then,This paper analyzes and discusses the causes of the “Deviation”,and explains the acceptability and rationality of the “Deviation”results in this paper.The fourth part is the fifth chapter,which is the conclusion of this paper.
