| Since ancient times,the Beijing-tianjin-hebei region has many common features and problems in the process of development.On February 26,2014,the CPC Central Committeeput forward a development strategy,combining history with reality.The strategy focuses on upholding the premise of giving priority to ecology and promoting the adjustment of industrial structure,building a green and sustainable human settlements environment.Against this background,Media reports in Hebei Province are synchronized with the coordinated development strategy and ecological civilization construction in Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei,releasing a large number of relevant reports,played its due role.Based on the theory of“Three-level framework” put forward by Zang Guoren,this paper selects Hebei News Network,a provincial-level head media,to study the ecological environment reports about Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei from 2014 to2022,this paper discusses in-depth the basic situation and deficiencies of eco-environmental reporting by Hebei News Network under the strategy,propose the corresponding improvement and optimization countermeasures.Through the research on the framework of low,middle and high levels,it is found that the issues of eco-environmental reporting of Hebei News Network are closely related to the policies of the high-level government,the reporting field of vision jumps out of the regional boundaries of Hebei province,and the reporting object excavates the advanced typical examples,the reporting strategy is objective and neutral.However,there are still some shortcomings,such as strong communicator-based,insufficient social feedback,and monotonous reporting style.According to the above-mentioned shortcomings,the paper puts forward some suggestions for macro-,middle-and micro-improvement: positioning accurately on the macro-path,we should give full play to the“Four roles” of the propagator of the media ecological policy,the supervisor of the ecological behavior,the negotiator of the ecological dialogue,to open up communication channels for the ecological environment,open up column forums,build a real-time communication and feedback platform,connect with the media of the three places,activate the internal communication mechanism of the media,develop a visual angle on the micro-path,and optimize the content of the ecological environment reports,to soften the reporting issues,to add humanistic flavor with narrative,to avoid the deviation of information sources,to expand the main sources of non-governmental news,to enrich the style of reporting,and to build a three-dimensional pattern of communication. |
