The Image Construction Of Cultural TV Program

Martin Heidegger predicted that“The world has been held as the image of the era”has come,the prosperity of visual culture,the image has turned into an unavoidable reality,people’s daily life is full of all kinds of images,images gradually become the background and mode of production of people’s lives,these daily images also reflect people’s desires and needs.Since the 2021 of Henan Satellite TV’s CCTV New Year’s Gala’s“Tang Palace Banquet,”the TV station’s“Fantastic Tours”series on traditional Chinese festivals has once again met audiences’ expectations,the program,Henan Satellite TV,Henan province and the visibility of traditional culture have increased rapidly.This paper attempts to clarify the logic and strategy of the image-based construction of cultural TV programs,as well as the media material basis of its content production,this is to explore how the material characteristics of the media play a role in the transmission of culture or meaning.At present,the image research in the field of media is not only rare,but also lack of its own research system.This paper makes this attempt,taking the Henan“Fantastic Tour”series as an example,based on this to explore the“Old media”materiality,because the“New media” development,the mass media(television,film,etc.)are often regarded as“Old media”.In the age of“Old Media”,technology and people are different from each other,and there are physical distance and psychological distance between them.However,as technology becomes more embodied,its heteronyms are obscured by embodied relationships,and embodied relationships are obscured by visibility,the current trend of thought of“Image turning”and“Visual turning”is a clear proof of the appearance of image visibility.This study attempts to analyze and examine the images in the media field which have their own internal media logic,and then further broaden the understanding of the media and images,restart the memory of culture and deepen the thinking of modernity.In this study,we choose the images of Henan satellite TV’s“Fantastic Tour”series from the perspective of materiality,this paper puts forward the related analytical dimensions of“History-temporality”,“Motion-spatiality”and“Life-body”,in which time is the apriori way of human perception,while the substantiality of time comes from the substantiality of space,the body is the premise of the establishment of space,Henan satellite TV“Fantastic Tour” series is along this path will be the traditional culture of the image construction.The discussion of this new way of expression is not only a reflection on the construction of cultural TV programs,but also an in-depth analysis of the relationship between media,images,technology,etc.The ultimate goal is to find the communication logic of traditional culture,which can arouse people’s cultural memory and strengthen identity,and promote people’s free existence in the surrounding world.Therefore,it is an important theoretical and practical significance to study the image construction of cultural TV programs.
