With the development of new technologies such as artificial intelligence and virtual reality,virtual digital human is achieving multi-scene and multi-domain integration and application,and is gradually integrating with the evolving road of museum digitization to produce a new type of museum emotional experience model.This study takes VR museum,an important expression in museum digitization,as an application scene and object,and proposes to apply virtual digital human in VR museum experience with the purpose and theoretical basis of user emotional experience.Through theoretical research methods,the concept of VR museum is explained,as well as the theory and evaluation methods of emotional experience,and the significance of the lack of emotional experience and the role of value in the current VR museum is analyzed.The concept and definition of the virtual digital human are explained in a broad and narrow sense,and the components of the virtual digital human in terms of character generation,character drive and character interaction are explained,pointing out the "personality effect" brought by the unique interaction of the virtual digital human and the important impact on the emotional experience of the user,which provides an opportunity for the integration and application with VR museums.The article further analyzes and summarizes the "personality effect" brought by the unique interaction of the virtual digital human and the important impact on the emotional experience of users,which provides an opportunity for the integration and application of VR museums.Secondly,the article further analyzes and summarizes the emotional information dissemination model of the museum,and explores the intrinsic relationship between the museum,the virtual digital human and the user and the mechanism of emotional transmission and interaction.Through the content analysis of users’ emotional structure levels of instinctive layer,behavioral layer and reflective layer in VR museum,as well as the analysis of the unique emotional transmission mode of virtual digital human in VR museum,a complete user emotional transmission model of virtual digital human in VR museum is constructed.On this basis,through comparing the experimental design with the traditional VR museum interaction mode,collecting users’ subjective scale,objective data and user interviews,we further explore and summarize the advantages and shortcomings of virtual digital human in VR museum in terms of emotional transmission,as well as the factors affecting the emotional experience of virtual digital human,and exploratively summarize and induct the design elements of virtual digital human in VR museum in terms of emotional experience.Finally,based on the experimental findings,we further analyze and summarize the unique emotional experience design path of the virtual digital human,and propose the immersive experience strategy to meet the sensory attraction of users,the interaction guidance strategy to establish content as the goal,and the emotional memory strategy to build virtual interpersonal relationships in VR museums.This research has a positive effect on promoting the transformation of VR museums into "emotion-oriented" experience design,and provides new ideas and methods for the application of emotional experience design of virtual digital human in cultural heritage conservation and cultural tourism.
