The wireless sensor network is widely used in various fields because of its convenience and high flexibility.The traditional wireless sensor nodes are powered by micro batteries with limited energy,and the batteries are difficult to replace due to the working environment,which makes energy constraints become one of the main factors limiting the large-scale development and application of wireless sensor networks.In addition,with the diversification of applications,the demand for sensor network throughput is also increasing.Therefore,it is of great significance for the development of wireless sensor networks to study routing protocols with low energy consumption and high speed.The research on existing routing algorithms in sensor networks has achieved certain results,but there are also some problems,such as some efficient clustering algorithms ignoring the impact of residual energy,the selection of data transmission paths between sensor nodes not considering distance factors,and the allocation of energy harvesting time in energy harvesting sensor networks.In order to reduce the total energy consumption of the network,extend the network lifetime,and improve network throughput,this article comprehensively considers the above factors and designs corresponding improvement plans.The specific research content is as follows.Firstly,in response to the problem of existing distributed and efficient clustering algorithms ignoring sensor node residual energy and single transmission method between sensor nodes,this paper analyzes the efficient K-hop Spectrum Aware Clustering for Bi-channel Edge Contract(K-SACB-EC)and inter sensor node transmission method energy consumption based on K-hop spectrum sensing,and designs a lower energy consumption a more stable clustering routing algorithm based on improved K-SACB-EC.Firstly,in response to the K-SACB-EC clustering algorithm ignoring the issue of residual energy during cluster head election and cluster formation,residual energy is introduced as the weight for cluster head election,and a neighbor sensor node discovery protocol is introduced to distribute energy consumption more evenly among each sensor node in the network.On this basis,an adaptive single multi hop transmission method is proposed to optimize inter cluster communication energy consumption.Cluster members independently choose the communication method with cluster heads based on network conditions: single hop or multi hop,and intermediate sensor nodes with multi hop.The experimental results show that the proposed K-SACB-EC improved clustering routing algorithm can not only balance the energy consumption between sensor nodes,but also reduce the total energy consumption of the network,effectively extending the network’s lifespan.Secondly,in order to solve the problem of energy shortage in sensor network,energy collection technology is introduced.In Energy Harvesting and Harvesting Wireless Sensor Network(EH-WSN),network throughput is an important evaluation index of network performance.In order to optimize network performance and extend the life cycle of network,An EH-WSN end-to-end path planning algorithm based on energy prediction is proposed.First,by analyzing the influence of distribution coefficients of energy collection time and data transmission time on throughput,based on this,the optimal distribution coefficient under a given energy collection rate is determined.Because the energy collection rate is dynamically changed under the influence of environment,and the optimal distribution coefficient is its function.In order to accurately predict the energy collection rate of sensor nodes,an improved Pro-Energy energy prediction algorithm was proposed.The algorithm can self-tangle and learn over time and effectively improve the accuracy of energy prediction.Finally,the minimum tree algorithm is improved,two influence factors of energy consumption and throughput are introduced,a new route weight calculation method is established,and an improved routing algorithm is proposed.The results show that the designed EH-WSN end-to-end path planning algorithm based on acquisition energy prediction can not only increase the network throughput,but also reduce the network energy consumption and prolong the network life cycle.
