In recent years,as an important platform carrier for gathering industries,factors and resources,industrial parks play an increasingly significant role in our national economic system,gradually becoming a key force for high-quality economic development,and playing an active role in accelerating urban renewal construction and promoting industrial upgrading.With the strengthening of the national emphasis on industrial parks and the promulgation of a series of heavy and favorable policies,the number of industrial parks has accelerated growth,while the development level and level of the parks are constantly improving,and the industrial services are more segmented and specialized.In order to stand out in numerous industrial parks,we need to achieve innovative breakthrough,transform industrial parks from professional function competition to brand competition,attach importance to the brand building and management of industrial parks,establish the core competitiveness of industrial parks,and build strong brand of industrial parks.However,at present,there are few theoretical researches about the industrial park brand shaping in our country,and there are some problems in the lack of theoretical guidance and strategic thinking about the industrial park brand shaping.This paper takes M Deep Sea Science and Technology City Industrial Park as a case study on the optimization of brand building and communication promotion,and applies theories related to brand building and communication strategies.Firstly,through the current brand development status of the industrial park and questionnaire survey,this paper discusses and analyzes the existing problems in the path of brand building and communication strategy of the park.Secondly,SWOT analysis is used to analyze and discuss the existing problems.Reasonable suggestions and solutions are put forward for the shortcomings of M Deep Sea Science and Technology City Industrial Park in the current brand building.Finally,it is proposed to further enhance the brand image and core competitiveness of the park by upgrading the brand image of the park,strengthening integrated communication,improving the evaluation and feedback of brand image building effect and optimizing online and offline communication means.Promote the long-term development of the park.
