A blockchain-based model for the confirmation of agricultural intellectual property rights is proposed to address the long-standing problems of timeconsuming and costly confirmation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements,difficulties in proving infringement,and time-consuming evidence fixation.The model utilises the decentralised,traceable and tamper-evident technical features of blockchain,and combines smart contracts,Inter Planetary File System(IPFS),encryption algorithms and digital watermarking technologies to innovatively realise the automated process of confirming and transferring agricultural intellectual property rights.The main research elements are as follows:(1)A blockchain-based model for the confirmation of agricultural intellectual property rights was constructed.It includes functional modules such as data validation and storage,IPR trading and copyright holder’s rights maintenance.The data is stored on the blockchain to ensure that the data is tamper-evident and traceable;at the same time,the decentralised nature of the blockchain is used to achieve safe and reliable IP transactions;and the copyright owner’s rights are protected through automated smart contracts,which avoids the tedious process of traditional rights protection and saves time and costs.(2)Research on the application of digital watermarking algorithms and IPFS technology in agricultural intellectual property rights.The digital watermarking algorithm ensures the authenticity and copyright ownership of digital documents.The IPFS technology is applied to data storage in agricultural intellectual property rights confirmation,and is run and deployed together with the blockchain network to form a model of on-chain confirmation and off-chain storage,solving the problem of data reliability and integrity and preventing data from being tampered with or lost.The process improves the watermark embedding scheme based on end-of-line identifiers by selecting a hidden embedding point behind the header and using a pseudo-random number generator to randomly select the embedding location to increase the watermark’s concealment and resistance to attack,while using Reed-Solomon codes to encode the encrypted watermark information and generate error correction codes to increase the watermark’s fault tolerance and robustness,using the Advanced Encryption Standard(Advanced Encryption Standard(AES)symmetric key encryption algorithm to encrypt the watermark information,which improves the security of the watermark.(3)Taking patents in the field of agricultural cultivation technology as the research object,the blockchain-based agricultural intellectual property rights confirmation service system was designed and developed,transforming the research results into a platform that can actually provide services,designing a user-friendly interface to facilitate users’ intellectual property rights transactions and enquiries,and enabling ordinary users to quickly protect their personal intellectual property works.The study solves many problems in the process of confirming the rights of agricultural intellectual property rights through the application of blockchain technology,such as the long time and high cost of confirming the rights and the difficulty of proving infringement.At the same time,the application of smart contracts and digital watermarking technology also makes the process of intellectual property rights validation and transfer more automated and efficient.Finally,the model is designed with good scalability and adaptability,and can be customised for development and application according to different needs.It provides a new way of thinking and approach to the validation and protection of agricultural intellectual property rights,and is of great significance to the promotion and application of agricultural scientific and technological achievements. |
