In order to give full play to the potential value of data as a factor of production and to play the huge role of data in the digital economy and society,it is necessary to promote the safe and efficient circulation of data.However,the current data circulation is facing difficulties such as data right confirmation,data circulation security,and data transaction pricing,which seriously affects the circulation of data elements.Specifically,the unclear data ownership relationship can easily lead to infringement,abuse,etc.;the shared data is difficult to control its secondary access and unauthorized dissemination,which can easily cause damage to the rights and interests of the data owner;data transaction pricing has a price negotiation process Opaque,high negotiation costs and other issues.In response to the above problems,this paper studies key technologies such as blockchain-based data rights confirmation,data flow control,and data price fair negotiation,and develops a blockchain-based data circulation prototype system.The main research contents and contributions are as follows:1.Propose a controllable data flow method based on data authentication index chain and data flow voucher chain.This method generates authentication metadata by parsing the original data,hashes the metadata to obtain a unique identifier for the data,and binds the identifier to the data owner’s identity as a authentication transaction,which is stored in the data authentication index chain to provide data authentication protection for data flow.On this basis,the data requester obtains the data owner information through the data authentication index chain and submits an application.The owner issues data access credentials to the requester and stores them in the data flow voucher chain.By using the data flow voucher chain,the grant,use,and validity verification of access credentials are achieved,ensuring that data flow is controllable.2.A fair and reliable data transaction scheme based on blockchain is proposed.Constructed a user point-to-point data transaction model,which can provide users with functions such as data transaction demand release and response,point-to-point price negotiation,data transaction payment and dispute arbitration;a two-stage data negotiation method based on the Rubinstein model is proposed,and smart contracts are automatically negotiated through data prices.Solve the sub-game refined Nash equilibrium,quickly converge the data price,and complete the fast,fair and transparent price negotiation between a data demander and multiple data owners.In addition,the use of dispute arbitration smart contracts automatically adjudicates disputes such as data demanders’ refusal to pay,data owners’ false data,etc.,to ensure the reliability of the transaction process.3.On the basis of the above research,a blockchain-based data circulation prototype system is designed and implemented.Based on the FISCO BCOS consortium blockchain platform and IPFS and other technologies,the functions of data confirmation,data transfer and data transaction modules are realized.The system test results show that the performance of the prototype system is good and can meet the basic needs of users.
