Data in the Internet age has become an important strategic resource,especially in the prevention and control of the 2019 novel coronavirus disease(COVID-19)epidemic,which highlights the value of personal health data.While personal wearable devices collect a large number of users' personal health data to provide convenient and fast services,the data circulation and usage will threaten user's privacy.Therefore,it is an urgent need to clarify the use rights and responsibilities of personal health data and how to use it,quickly track the used traces to avoid data abuse,which has application value.Combining the decentralization and traceability of blockchain and access control technologies to carry out research on data verification traceability and right confirmation,and realize personal health data privacy protection has important research significance and innovative value.This research focuses on the traceability and confirmation of the verification of data in the process of personal health data circulation.Based on the blockchain technology and aiming at the whole life cycle circulation process of personal health data,it proposes to convert the personal health data collected by wearable devices into graph data on the premise of using access control mechanism to ensure security so as to realize verification provenance and right confirmation.A personal health data verification provenance and right confirmation model,a graph data published method based on differential privacy technology and a usage data access control solution are proposed to realize the collection,release,storage of personal health certificate data,which are verified through application scenario prototype implementation.The specific research results include:(1)A blockchain-based personal health data record traceability and right confirmation model is proposed and implemented to realize the traceability and right confirmation of the personal health data circulation process in wearable device application scenarios.From the system design layer,combined with smart contracts,all levels of the blockchain user nodes are defined to design digital traceability,verify smart contracts,etc.;from the data layer,a unified coding format for personal health data on the chain is designed to realize the data desensitization of the deposited data and storage;from the algorithm layer,a personal health data traceability algorithm based on smart contracts is proposed,and the smart contract function is designed by adding specific digital identifiers and timestamps.Then the hash records are verified by experiments and traceability function is realized based on the blockchain.(2)A method for publishing graph data based on differential privacy is proposed to realize the privacy protection of specific data publishing in personal health data scenarios.A new index-average mechanism and a method of constructing personal health graph data are proposed.Simulation experiments on the Ethereum blockchain show that the proposed method for publishing graph data based on differential privacy can improve the availability of published data and meet the privacy protection requirements of data publishing under the same privacy protection level.(3)A blockchain-based usage access control(UCON)solution is proposed to achieve the purpose that users can use trace data to store evidence to confirm their rights.Combined with the flow of personal health data in access control,the data traceability algorithm is further improved.By controlling the behavior of data users and data access evidence,the access control of evidence data under the blockchain is realized,and the rights and responsibilities of data usage are clearly defined.It realizes the determination of data user granularity and meet the data privacy need.(4)A prototype system for traceability and confirmation of personal health verification data based on blockchain technology is designed and implemented.Combine the business scenarios and requirements of specific personal health data,multiple functional modules are designed to realize the data traceability and data provenance on the process of data flow.In conclusion,this thesis clarifies the use rights,responsibilities and the traces of usage of personal health data.Based on the personal health data sensor scenario,through the blockchain and smart contract models and algorithms,the deposit data is safely released on the blockchain and used under the access control,which realizes the traceability and confirmation of user privacy and security,and meets the availability and completeness of data.It is of significance and value to the protection of personal privacy and the right of companies to use data.At present,due to the complex application environment of blockchain,supervision is needed to achieve the purpose of user privacy protection,so that multiple parties can participate in it.Therefore,the research also needs joint efforts of multiple parties to safeguard the rights and interests of personal privacy protection and the safe use of company data.
