It has become a global consensus that data has potential economic value.Data trading can facilitate the flow of data and solve the problem of Data Silos so as to achieve the sharing of valuable data.However,data has fixed production costs and low marginal costs,and this characteristic leads to illegal data leakage after the transaction,which causes loss to the interests of the seller.Therefore,targeted solutions are needed to address the problems of data transactions in data leakage scenarios.This paper proposes to improve the existing data trading model by using blockchain and digital fingerprint.We also conduct a traceable and systematic solution to the user data leakage problem in the data trading process by combining the reporting and deposit mechanisms.In addition,the research explores the improvement of the transaction scheme by improving the process of agreeing on the clearing price,deposit and guarantee period.It achieves user participation incentives and maximize the incentive for users to participate in the transaction mechanism.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)In order to ensure data security during the transaction,track the data leaked by buyers after the transaction is completed,and identify malicious leakers,this paper proposes a data transaction framework based on blockchain and digital fingerprints for leakage tracing.In our work,decentralized transaction with specific processes such as transaction initialization,seller screening,and data delivery are designed with blockchain and smart contracts.In addition,the digital fingerprint technology is used to uniquely identify the data that have completed the transaction,so that the data leaked by the buyer can be tracked and the location of the leaked user can be completed.Besides,the reporting and deposit mechanism triggered by the contract is introduced to complete the process of leak tracing in data transaction.(2)To optimize the complete process of traceable data transaction and increase the motivation of users to participate into the transaction,this paper proposes a blockchain transaction incentive mechanism based on Rubinstein Bargain Model.In this mechanism,to better promote data circulation,the paper constructs a data market associated with quality version and discount rate.And redesigning the negotiation process of clearing price,deposit and guarantee period in the transaction process.The process of seller screening is completed on this basis.Besides,this paper designs game contracts based on the Rubinstein Bargain Model to realize the price game process of different quality versions of data,which solves the problem of the traditional price game which only focuses on the game behavior but ignores the value of the data itself.Experimental demonstration is conducted which prove that the incentive mechanism proposed in the paper is also feasible in practical applications.
