Blockchain is a distributed ledger technology,blockchain is being used more and more in various fields as people have more specific needs for data to be trusted,immutable and decentralized.Crowd sensing is a new data acquisition method,and with the development of 5G,the data transmission speed is greatly improved,making the application scenarios of Crowd sensing more extensive.However,Crowd sensing relies on a large number of participants and third-party centralized platforms,so there are problems such as unfair incentives and unreliable data storage,and user privacy leakage in the process of data transmission.In order to alleviate users’ excessive dependence on the centralized platform in the process of Crowd sensing,and realize the fair distribution of users’incentives,as well as the secure storage and verification of privacy security and sensing data in the process of task participation,this paper have conducted a detailed study on how to combine blockchain and Crowd sensing to achieve distributed motivation and how to protect user privacy.Aiming at the above problems,this paper mainly carries out the following research contents:(1)This paper propose a distributed incentive mechanism based on consortium blockchain.Aiming at the centralization of incentive allocation,this paper use multi-attribute auction mechanism to realize the smart contract to complete user selection on the blockchain.For the problem of data reliability,a K Nearest Neighbor Algorithm Based On Geographic Location And Similarity is designed to evaluate the reliability of data(GLSKNN).For the problem that offline storage of sensing data may be tampered,this paper store the hash of sensing data on the blockchain in the dimension of task to realize the integrity verification of task.The accuracy was tested through the data set,the results show that GLSKNN algorithm is better than random forest and K nearest neighbor algorithm,and the detection accuracy is improved by about 9%.(2)A distributed pseudonym mechanism based on alliance chain is proposed in this paper.Solve the problem of privacy disclosure and data insecurity faced by users.By comparing with common public key infrastructure,signature authentication and anonymous authentication,The pseudonym mechanism in this paper can achieve a better balance between authentication efficiency and security with the help of blockchain,and the authentication response time can reach about 0.11s compared with other literatures.(3)In order to realize the application of distributed incentive and pseudonymous mechanism in the field of Crowd sensing,this paper designed a prototype Crowd sensing system,which has three parts:front-end page for managing task issuance,back-end data management,and blockchain network part.The paper carries on the design development and the function test to the system,the usability and functional completeness of the system are verified,which provides a reference for the subsequent development of this kind of system.
