| With the update and iteration of lighting technology,LED(Light Emitting Diode)light source has become the preferred solution for traditional lighting.Compared with other light sources,LED has obvious advantages,such as long life,low cost and green energy saving,which make it occupy a large proportion of the traditional lighting market.LED packaging is one of the key process in the entire LED lighting industry chain that greatly promote the cost performance and consistency of LED light sources.In the early stage of white LED lighting solutions,the technical maturity and the cost of the solution were considered comprehensively.The main packaging solution was various phosphor materials activated by blue chips,and the parameters mainly considered the brightness of the light source.However,with scientific research and the market’s understanding of white LED light sources,many lighting applications ask higher requirements for white LEDs.At this stage,the full-spectrum LED light source-natural light spectrum has become healthy light sources in the market,and the characteristics of the full-spectrum LED light source are the continuity of its c and the strength of its color rendering index.At present,conventional white LED light sources use a blue chip to activate yellow or green plus red phosphors.This solution will lead to the problem of excess blue light,lack of cyan light,and insufficient long-wave red light in the spectrum of white LED light sources,which means discontinuous spectrum.When it comes to the color rendering index used to characterize the color rendering ability of the light source to the object,traditional white LED light source is also relatively low as the general color rendering index is 70.Obviously,the performance of the full-spectrum LED light source is different from the traditional one because its general CRI-Ra is higher than 95 and all special CRI R1-R15 are higher than 90.From the perspective of white LED packaging,high-quality white LED light sources should have high color rendering to present the true color of objects.Therefore,improving the lighting quality of white LEDs,especially improving the color rendering index,including each special color rendering index,is an important task for the research and application of white LEDs.In this study,the research route of excitation of red,yellow-green and green phosphors by blue-light LED chips and the research route of excitation of red,blue-green and blue-green by violet LED chips were successfully developed.Refers to a full-spectrum light source with R1-R15 greater than or close to 90 and a relatively continuous spectrum.The phosphor ratio of the 3000 K light source excited by the blue light chip in the 445 nm-465 nm band is red phosphor,yellow-green phosphor and green phosphor.The ratio is 0.52:1.42:2.5.The phosphor ratio of the 4000 K light source is red.The phosphor powder is matched with yellow-green phosphor and green phosphor,and the ratio is 0.36:0.46:2.13.The phosphor ratio of the 6500 K light source is red phosphor,yellow-green phosphor and green phosphor,and the ratio is 0.135: 0.176:1.71;The fluorescent powder matching scheme of the light source excited by the 460 nm~480 nm band and 447.5 nm~460 nm wavelength band of the blue light dual chip is the same as that of the single blue light chip excitation scheme,and the dosage of the phosphor powder is adjusted.The ratio is 0.64:1.96:1.82,the phosphor ratio of the 4000 K light source is 0.36:1.06:1.5,and the phosphor ratio of the 6500 K light source is0.36:1.06:1.5;the light source excited by the purple light chip in the 400 nm-422.5 nm band adopts red phosphor add two kinds of blue-green phosphors for matching,the phosphor ratio of 3000 K light source is 0.666:6.73:8.38,the phosphor ratio of 4000 K light source is0.44:3.8:4.9,and the phosphor ratio of 6500 K light source is 0.233:2.76: 3.1.Based on this configuration principle,we further develop a full-spectrum RGBW LED light source and analyze its characteristics.Based on the developed full-spectrum LED light source,a full-spectrum LED blackboard light and a full-spectrum LED classroom light have been formed.Using these two products,a solution to the healthy classroom light environment that conforms to the "Technical Specification for Energy Conservation Certification of Classroom Lighting Products in Primary and Secondary Schools and Kindergartens" is proposed.In this study,the formulation,preparation process,sample performance,etc.of the full-spectrum high-display index LED light source were comprehensively analyzed and applied,and the health application of the full-spectrum high-display index LED was deeply analyzed.The research has a guiding role for the preparation of full-spectrum high display index LED light sources and the application of healthy lighting. |
