In recent years,under the joint efforts of The State Council,the Central bank,the China Securities Regulatory Commission,the Securities industry Association and securities brokerages,a lot of achievements have been made in the collaborative development of further enhancing the application ability of technology in the financial industry and realizing the deep integration of finance and technology in the securities industry.Fintech has significantly enhanced the public’s satisfaction with networked,digital and intelligent financial products and services.However,compared with banks and insurance institutions,securities companies,as securities brokers,have a low starting level in digital transformation,and the quality management level of digital projects also needs to be improved.This thesis is mainly about the research and analysis of the quality management of digital trading terminal project of H Securities Company.With the help of literature research and case project quality management practical problems,the evaluation index of project quality management problems is found,and the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system of project quality management problems are constructed.Through the method of expert interview and questionnaire survey,the weight of evaluation indicators is calculated and analyzed,and some problems are found in project demand management,project cycle management,project software development quality management,hardware quality management and digital quality standard management.In the analysis of problems and causes,according to the comprehensive evaluation results of project quality management problems,emphasis is placed on the analysis of more serious quality management problems and indicators corresponding to higher evaluation weights,and the fishbone chart analysis method is used to find the causes of problems.To solve the problem,the following ideas are proposed: According to KANO and QFD quality function expansion model,the optimization method of demand classification management and timely conversion of demand into technical quality index is proposed;Optimize project cycle management from personnel allocation,cultural construction and performance system management;Improve the quality management level of software development in technical capability assessment and configuration,agile development matching W test mode;Hardware resource management process optimization to ensure hardware quality management efficiency;Strengthen the digital standards and industry integration,based on PDCA quality management standards backtracking and reconstruction.The thesis found that H company has a high level of project risk management in quality management of digital transaction terminal.The level of demand management,software development process quality management,hardware and quality standard management in project quality management is low.The reasons why the quality management system cannot support the development of the project include: defects in demand classification and evaluation,incomplete personnel organization guarantee and cultural construction,inefficient software development mode,quality management standards,etc.The research optimization ideas can provide some references for small and medium-sized securities companies when they first put forward the strategy of self-developed digital software system,or the implementation and management of specific projects. |
