Research On The Design And Application Effect Of Cost Control System In The Background Of Digital Transformation

In recent years,China has been vigorously implementing digital transformation and the rapid development of information technology and scientific management applications,and enterprises have increasingly high requirements for the stability and security of financial data.The establishment and implementation of an expense control system(later referred to as "expense control system")in the context of digital transformation gradually realises the integration of business and finance(later referred to as "business finance integration")and resource sharing,simplifies the reimbursement process for business personnel and centralises the accounting processing for finance personnel,improves the enterprise financial system and helps enterprises to improve their financial system.In addition,the centralisation of accounting and processing by finance staff has improved the financial system of the enterprise and helped the rapid development of the enterprise.Enterprise A,which is described in this article,is a large state-owned telecommunications enterprise,and its front-line technical staff incur a high level of travel costs because they need to travel to and from multiple locations for telecommunications base station maintenance.So travel expenses have become a key concern for enterprise A.However,as the traditional process of reimbursing travel expenses is complex and the financial audit is time consuming,Enterprise A designed an expense control system in order to simplify the employee reimbursement process,facilitate the financial audit,monitor the expenses in real time and realise the cloud-based data and the integration of business and finance.This paper firstly summarises the theoretical research on the definition,path,performance impact and expense control of digital transformation by scholars at home and abroad through literature review method;then by means of case study method,it introduces the industry profile,enterprise profile and the motivation of expense control system design,composes and analyses the expense control system established by enterprise A.At the same time,a questionnaire was used to collect the opinions of 100 A questionnaire was also used to collect the opinions of 100 reimbursement and audit staff to objectively evaluate the expense control system of Enterprise A and to explain the applicability and shortcomings of the system in the process of operation.This paper found that: the expense control system can design different reimbursement processes for reimbursement needs of enterprises,which meets the individual needs of enterprises;the direct connection of business travel of the expense control system enables the system to receive the travel application form pushed by the front-end business travel system and bring out the various expenses of the application form directly and automatically,and at the same time combine with OCR(Optical Character Recognition)technology to recognize the uploaded invoices and generate invoice details with one click.(Optical Character Recognition)technology to identify the uploaded invoices,a key to generate invoice details,reducing the time of employees to enter invoices and various expenses,the risk audit function of the fee control system,significantly improve the efficiency of the financial audit,to a certain extent,the standardisation of business personnel reporting,reduce the rate of reimbursement back orders,the establishment and continuous optimisation of the fee control system has brought convenience to employees,improve the The establishment and continuous optimisation of the expense control system has brought convenience to employees and improved the financial system of the enterprise,creating value for the enterprise.This paper introduces the process of designing and applying an expense control system in the context of digital transformation in enterprise A.It also analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the application process of the expense system,giving some insight and reference significance to other enterprises that want to build an expense control system for digital transformation.
