The development of digital economy has had a far-reaching impact on the business environment of traditional industries.Therefore,realizing digital transformation has become a major choice faced by many enterprises.Under the trend of digitalization,how to make the financial department complete the reform,so as to improve the adaptability and value creation ability in the digital environment,is a very critical frontier problem in the field of financial management at present.The China Association has published important research results such as "Typical Cases of Digitalization Transformation of Listed Companies",among which Jiuzhoutong Financial Sharing Cloud Platform was selected as a typical case to show the achievements of digitalization of listed companies.As the first enterprise in the pharmaceutical industry to launch the financial sharing platform,this paper takes Jiuzhoutong as the research object,and analyzes the path and effect of its financial digitalization,in order to provide reference for other enterprises undergoing transformation.Based on the value creation theory,flattening theory,management information system theory and information island theory,this paper studies the financial digital transformation of Jiuzhoutong,and studies its internal and external motivation,transformation method and path and its final effect.Through the case study,the following conclusions are drawn:Firstly,the motivation of digital financial transformation of Jiuzhoutong has two parts:external motivation and internal motivation.Policies such as two-vote system,consistency evaluation and national procurement with quantity continue to promote the financial transformation of enterprises.The failure of traditional profit model,forcing the reform of pharmaceutical industry countries and the formation of new consumption habits are the external causes of enterprise transformation.The existence of information islands wastes financial personnel’s daily accounting energy,and the surge in the number of molecular companies leads to rising employment costs,difficult management and compliance construction problems,which are the internal reasons for the digital transformation of corporate finance.Secondly,on the transformation path of financial digitalization,Jiuzhoutong Company cooperates with Kingdee,builds an information system by relying on Kingdee EAS,and works out a set of financial digitalization scheme according to the management needs of enterprises.First of all,the financial management organization was reorganized,the existing financial work was integrated,and the financial work was concentrated on financial sharing and unified treatment,so that the financial personnel were released,and then the relevant personnel were trained professionally and the work content was rearranged,so that they could participate in the analysis and decision-making matters.Secondly,the financial management process was re-engineered.The Group used ERP software to optimize and reorganize the business process,realized the front-end control,defined the management responsibilities and authorities of various departments and units,realized the business process,transparency,institutionalization and standardization,and reduced human intervention.Then,the industry and finance are deeply integrated,and an integrated platform is established to promote the seamless connection of industry and finance information,build an efficient information center,link upstream and downstream suppliers and customers,realize data exchange with various systems,and optimize the data to ensure the smooth and efficient business and financial accounting processes of the company,thus improving the efficiency of financial information use of enterprises.In addition,RPA technology is deeply used to establish a smart financial service center,and robots are used to save human resources.Jiuzhoutong Company’s financial digital transformation path is based on the fundamental idea of realizing value creation,including optimizing financial organization,reengineering process,deep integration of industry and finance,etc.This path is consistent with the company’s strategy of reducing costs and improving efficiency,and has certain rationality.Third,the implementation of financial digital transformation can effectively reduce the cost of employing people,improve the profitability and growth ability of enterprises and increase the value of enterprises.Through the digital transformation of finance,a financial data center has been established to connect the data of various departments,which greatly reduces the financial cost,and can also analyze the data of various enterprises,providing certain data support for the decision-making of various enterprise departments and increasing the value of enterprises.The innovation of this paper lies in taking Jiuzhoutong Company as an example to explore how to make use of financial sharing in the financial digital transformation of pharmaceutical industry,so as to provide some reference for the digital transformation of other companies.At the same time,as a case company,it enriches and improves the research content of financial digital transformation,and provides reference experience for other circulation pharmaceutical enterprises to implement financial digital transformation.
