Research On Quality Management Of S Bank Data Center Construction Project

The data center is a building site that provides an operating environment for centralized electronic information equipment.It can be one or several buildings,or it can be part of a building.As far as the basic elements are concerned,the data center includes interconnected subsystems such as buildings and structures,HVAC systems,electrical systems,networks and generic cabling systems,intelligent systems,and fire and security systems.With the rapid development of the digital economy,the data center has become the most basic economic infrastructure,and its importance has become increasingly prominent in finance,communications,the Internet,education and manufacturing.The construction of data center is a comprehensive engineering activity,involving site location survey,civil engineering,decoration,electromechanical installation,operation and maintenance management and telecommunications.With the evolution and development of the digital economy,the construction scale of the data center is also increasing.Correspondingly,new requirements,new technologies and new products in the data center construction project are changing with each passing day.In order to adapt to this rapidly changing internal and external environment and ensure that the data center construction process and results can meet the project requirements,it is an important means to solve this contradiction to do a good job in the quality management of the data center construction project.Based on the relevant concepts and theories of data center construction and project quality management,this paper briefly introduces the main development and research situation of data center construction project quality management at home and abroad.Taking the data center construction project of Bank S as an example,based on a brief introduction to the basic situation of the project and the quality management system,the quality management of the data center construction project was investigated and studied by means of questionnaires and expert interviews,and the possible quality management problems were collected and analyzed.At the same time,the main quality impact factors in the data center construction project were deeply explored and discussed,The analytic hierarchy process is used to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of these influencing factors,judge the main influencing factors,and then formulate quality management measures with prominent focus and strong operability for the main influencing factors.Taking adequate and effective quality management measures can not only effectively reduce the overall cost of the data center construction project,but also have important value in ensuring the project duration and reducing the operation and maintenance costs of the data center in the later stage.The quality management measures proposed in this paper can provide useful reference for the quality management of other similar projects.
