As one of the important test signal sources in the field of electronic testing,code signal generator can synthesize and output code signals with adjustable data rate,adjustable amplitude,trigger output mode,data editing,sequence synthesis and other functions.By synthesizing and output complex data sequence signals in any form of content,it can be used in the development,debugging and testing related links of multiscene digital system.With the increasing complexity of data sequence signals and the need for application scenario coverage in the field of electronic testing,the code signal waveform synthesized based on the traditional code signal waveform synthesis technology only has the disadvantages and limitations of two level states,poor programmable ability of signal waveform shape and little output function richness.It has become one of the main factors that restrict the test application of code type signal generator.In response to the appeal issue,this thesis aims to improve the programmable ability of code signal synthesis waveform and enrich the application scenarios of code signal testing,and studies the code signal synthesis technology based on waveform sampling point synthesis,so as to realize multi-level and shape editable code signal synthesis.The main research contents are as follows:1.Research on waveform synthesis technology of multi-level and shape editable code signals.In order to solve the problem that the output of code signal synthesis in traditional code signal waveform synthesis technology only has two level states,and the modulability of bit waveform related index function of code signal is poor,the method of code signal synthesis based on waveform sampling point is studied.By processing code signals to synthesize the amplitude data of sampling points of each bit waveform,waveform synthesis of multi-level code signals can be realized,as well as waveform point customization programming of bit shape waveform of code signals.It further improves the test coverage scenarios of code signals and the programmable ability of code signals waveform synthesis.2.Digital circuit logic design of code signal synthesis module.Based on the hardware framework of "FPGA+DAC",the digital circuit logic design of data reading and writing control,multi-channel parallel processing waveform synthesis,arbitrary bit shape editing code synthesis,output data processing and other modules is completed.Waveform sample data programming is used to realize the synthesis of multi-level code type signals,multiple parallel logic design architecture is used to improve the data rate of pattern signals,bit shape waveform arbitrary multiple interpolation synthesis is used to realize shape editable pattern signal synthesis,and waveform sample correction is used to realize the accuracy of code pattern signal data rate.The verification of the test results shows that this digital synthesis module of code signal can realize the synthesis and output of multi-level and shapes-editable code signals,and has the functions of optional multi-level level,arbitrary bit shape editing code,sequence synthesis,data editing,pass-through code,code modulation,PRBS coding,etc.And foreign Keysight technology 81150/81160 A product code signal function level is equivalent.
