E-band 71~76GHz and 81~86GHz bands have 5GHz wide bandwidth.They are licensed bands,which can realize high-speed transmission of wireless communication,and have important research value for wireless communication technology.This thesis introduces the design of an E-band multi subband broadband high-speed communication front-end system aimed at supporting a transmission rate of 100 Gbps.The main research content is as follows:Firstly,based on the current research status of E-band RF communication both domestically and internationally,an analysis is conducted on the E-band high-speed broadband communication system,and it is determined to use a secondary frequency conversion superheterodyne transceiver front end design.In order to reduce the pressure of large bandwidth on A/D sampling,an intermediate frequency multi-subband method is adopted to achieve broadband high-speed transmission.Secondly,complete the scheme design of the E-band broadband RF transceiver front-end system,including the E-band RF module,intermediate frequency transceiver module,quadrupler,and local oscillator module.Complete the circuit implementation of E-band RF transceiver in the E-band RF module;Implement high-speed transmission of4-channel 1.3GHz bandwidth subbands in the intermediate frequency transceiver module;In order to merge the four intermediate frequency sub bands,the quadruplex was designed,with waveguide and cavity quadruplexes designed separately.The cavity quadruplexes were selected through comparison of simulation results and size.Finally,test the entire E-band transceiver front end system.Firstly,the module was tested and the S parameters of the quadruplex were tested.The results showed that the four channels had basically no frequency offset,good isolation,and insertion loss met the requirements.In the testing of the intermediate frequency transceiver module,a modulation of up to 64 QAM can be achieved,providing a foundation for supporting broadband high-speed transmission in the E-band high and low frequency bands.Cascade testing was conducted on the entire E-band broadband RF transceiver front end system,using QPSK,16 QAM,32QAM,and 64 QAM modulation methods for transmission.The results showed that the system can support up to 64 QAM modulation,and the entire Eband broadband communication front end system provides feasibility for achieving the ultimate goal of reaching a transmission rate of 100 Gbps.
