With the continuous development of the network,the requirements of high real-time,low time ductility and high reliability are constantly improved.Traditional Ethernet has high bandwidth and compatibility but does not meet the requirements of deterministic network.TSN protocol cluster is compatible with traditional Ethernet and enhances its deterministic network characteristics,which greatly improves network performance and ensures high-quality transmission of time-sensitive services.The research of TSN has been relatively mature abroad,while in the beginning stage in China.Based on this,this thesis proposes an SMS TSN switch architecture and carries out FPGA implementation,and makes a certain theoretical analysis.The innovative work of this thesis is as follows:(1)The synchronization process of TSN802.1AS protocol is deduced and analyzed.First,the timing formula of TSN802.1AS is recursively deduced,and then the factors affecting the calculation accuracy of synchronization are analyzed.Finally,the proportion of synchronization error of each factor under the condition of different hops is obtained under the condition of considering all factors.(2)Qualitative analysis of the TSN switch architecture proposed in this thesis: the composition of TSN switch architecture is introduced,and compared with other switch architectures in extensibility,functional integrity,resource consumption and other aspects,and the advantages of this architecture in adapting to TSN features are obtained.(3)The TSN switch architecture proposed in this thesis is implemented with RTL code,simulated and tested on the board.The 802.1AS protocol is implemented with shared computing unit and the strategy of time synchronization redundancy and timeout mechanism is proposed.In the implementation of 802.1Qci and 802.1CB protocol,the storage and readout strategy is adopted.Through the simulation and test of the basic function of the switch and the characteristics of TSN,the function of TSN switch is verified.
