Nowadays,the new industrial revolution is closely related to the innovation and development of the Internet.As the crystallization of a new type of information technology and industrial systems,the Industrial Internet has the powerful ability to promote the upgrading of network infrastructure and the network applications from virtual to actual.At present,there are many kinds of real-time protocols in the industrial system,but they are not standard ethernet.These protocols have problems such as poor ease of use,low interoperability,low bandwidth,and high cost.In particular,current big data and cloud computing enter the industrial control field,IT and OT are integrated.It is necessary to transmit large-capacity data under the premise of ensuring the real-time and deterministic transmission.At this time,the current real-time ethernet protocol is not applicable.To this end,the industry has established a new transmission standard for time-sensitive data for industrial applications.This is Time-Sensitive Networking(TSN),which aims to solve some of the shortcomings of existing networks.Among them,the TSN switch is the most basic network facility in the TSN industrial network.This paper has conducted in-depth research on the principles,algorithms and application scenarios of mainstream standards in TSN technology.Through the research and design of the LS1028 A chip,a system of TSN switch hardware has been implemented.Through the realization of TSN real-time kernel in OpenIL,the article solves the application of main functions such as clock synchronization and queue scheduling of time-sensitive flows on the switch system.In order to verify the performance of the TSN switch,this article built a variety of test environments for different technologies to experiment.The results show that the switching system can effectively implement the various main functions of TSN.As an important link of IT and OT fusion in the industrial Internet platform,the application of the TSN technology will be expanded.
