Knowledge space theory(KST)provides a mathematical theoretical framework for the development of intelligent knowledge evaluation system.Knowledge structure is used to evaluate individual knowledge and guide the next learning.How to obtain knowledge structure is an important research topic of KST.Skill reduction can effectively improve the efficiency of acquiring knowledge structure.Surmise relation reflects the hierarchical relation among problems,and is used to assist problem push in knowledge evaluation system.The forward-graded(backward-graded)knowledge structure causes basic local independent model(BLIM)to be unidentifiable.Formal concept analysis(FCA)is an effective tool for knowledge discovery.Therefore,using FCA as a research tool,this paper proposes the concept of skill level reduction,discusses the methods of acquiring knowledge structure,skill reduction and skill level reduction,and gives some equivalent conditions of surmise relation and forward-graded(backward-graded)knowledge structure.This paper mainly includes the following two aspects of work.This paper further discusses the relationship between skill mapping and skill context based on formal context.Firstly,the knowledge structure induced by skill mapping is obtained through problem-oriented(skill-oriented)concept lattice.Secondly,a different skill reduction method is proposed based on problem-oriented concept lattice,and the corresponding algorithm is designed.Finally,based on the skill context,some equivalent conditions of the surmise relation are given.This paper introduces the concept of fuzzy skill context and establishes the connection between fuzzy skill mapping and fuzzy skill context.Based on the conjunctive model of fuzzy skill mapping,a new unilateral fuzzy concept lattice model is proposed,and an algorithm based on this model is given to obtain the knowledge structure induced by fuzzy skill mapping.Then,based on the fuzzy skill context,some equivalent conditions of the surmise relation are given.Subsequently,in order to shorten the time of acquiring knowledge structure,the concept of skill level reduction is proposed,and the algorithm of skill level reduction is designed.In addition,a necessary and sufficient conditions for inducing forward-graded(backward-graded)knowledge structure from fuzzy skill mapping is given,and the corresponding algorithm is provided.Finally,the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed algorithm are verified by numerical experiments.
