In the era of knowledge economy,knowledge innovation is an important force to establish the leading position of a country,a nation and an individual and to shape the pattern of the modern world.Therefore,it is very important to understand the dissemination and emergence characteristics of knowledge innovation for promoting social progress.With the rapid development of disciplinary integration and interdisciplinary research,key and groundbreaking literature will spread rapidly to various fields,triggering a series of knowledge exchanges and activities.Citation records the diffusion process and track of knowledge innovation.Citation behavior can promote knowledge diffusion in different fields and promote knowledge innovation on this basis.Studying the emergence characteristics and diffusion evolution law of knowledge innovation from the perspective of reference can promote the development of academic research and scientific research management,and promote efficient innovation activities and production practices.Taking the pioneering knowledge of H index as an example,this paper uses social network analysis,knowledge innovation measurement index,main path analysis and scientific knowledge map to deeply discuss the emergence characteristics and diffusion evolution law of H index innovation.Firstly,all the papers and references referencing H index in the core collection of Web of Science were selected as research data sources,and the data were preprocessed by Python to analyze the emergence characteristics of the knowledge innovation of H index in the spatial perspective(from the perspective of countries,institutions and scholars).Secondly,based on the diffusion index and subject consistency index of subject knowledge,the paper analyzes the diffusion characteristics and evolution trend of H-index knowledge from the perspective of subject and research topic.Finally,the knowledge diffusion network is constructed,the network is sliced according to the time stage,the temporal evolution characteristics of the knowledge diffusion network are analyzed,and the maximum connected component of the network is extracted.The main path method is used to identify the main path of H-exponential knowledge diffusion,and the dynamic characteristics of H-exponential diffusion evolution are systematically analyzed.It is found that,from the perspective of space,the emergence of H-index knowledge presents the characteristics of diversification and decentralization,among which American and Chinese institutions and scholars have greater influence in this field.With the passage of time,the number of emergence from the perspective of space gradually increases,but the ability of knowledge innovation gradually decreases.From the perspective of research topics,the knowledge diffusion intensity of the subject conforms to the power law distribution and the range of diffusion subjects is wide.The network keyword clustering analysis finds that the research topics present diversity and complexity,and the consistency of the research topics gradually increases with the passage of time.From the perspective of the internal structure of the network,the density and average clustering coefficient of the knowledge network gradually decrease with the evolution of time,and the network presents a "center radiation" structure.Based on the main path evolution analysis,two main paths of H-index knowledge diffusion are revealed: one is the application of H-index in academic evaluation,and the other is the application of H-index in literature review.The study of this paper is helpful for researchers to understand the characteristics of the emergence and diffusion evolution of knowledge innovation and provide reference for scientific research and knowledge innovation. |
