Research On The Knowledge Organization Of Social Q&A Platforms Based On Event Evolutionary Graph

As a product of the web2.0 era,with its rich and personalized question and answer resources,the social Q&A platforms have become an important way for Internet users to obtain information.A large number of users ask and answer questions on the platforms,gradually forming a huge and valuable knowledge database,among which complex questions in the form of events can attract more users to participate in the discussion.According to the characteristics of the content,the social Q&A platforms mainly adopt two modes of "theme-question-answer" and "topic(event)-question-answer" to organize its content,which lacks correlation organization of events.However,the propositional memory of human beings takes "event" as the storage unit,which stores the concepts that constitute events and their relationships with each other.And the existing knowledge organization methods of the platforms cannot effectively organize and reveal event knowledge contained in its contents.Therefore,it is necessary to seek a new way of knowledge organization to explore the content of social Q&A platforms from the perspective of events,and to build a correlation mechanism between events to meet the needs of users at different levels,so as to provide users with multiple dimensions and fine-grained knowledge services.Targeting at the problem of lack of disclosure of event knowledge in current knowledge organization research of the social Q&A platforms,this paper takes the event information contained in the platform content as the main object,and studies the knowledge organization model based on the event evolutionary graph,hoping to provide support for the knowledge organization and knowledge representation of the social Q&A platforms.The main research contents of this paper are as follows.First,this paper constructs a knowledge organization model of the social Q&A platforms based on event evolutionary graph.The model is composed of three layers:knowledge resource layer,knowledge organization layer and knowledge service layer.As a knowledge organization tool and method,the event evolutionary graph plays a key role in the entire model.Then,this paper clarifies the construction process and realization method of event evolutionary graph.The construction process of event evolutionary graph is divided into five steps:event extraction,event representation,event relationship determination,event transition probability calculation,and event storage.And the implementation method of each step is described.Next,this paper analyzes the characteristics of each step in the construction process of event evolutionary graph,and reveal the application of each step in the knowledge organization of the social Q&A platforms from the perspective of knowledge representation,knowledge association and knowledge evolution.At last,the Q&A information form Ctrip is used to verify the feasibility of the model.By using Python3.6 and Neo4j graph database tools to realize the construction of event evolutionary graph,the applicability of event evolutionary graph in the knowledge organization of the social Q&A platforms was analyzed.This research realizes the multi-level and multi-dimensional organization and representation of event knowledge in the content of the social Q&A platforms,which can reveal event element,event relationship and event logic knowledge contained in the content,and meets users'cognitive habits.So,it can provide theoretical and practical guidance for the knowledge organization of the social Q&A platforms.
