With the progress of science and technology,the content that people pay attention to in the Internet industry is also gradually changing,and the pan-entertainment content is more attractive than the traditional content.Unlike traditional images and text,video is more expressive.Therefore,video website has become the key development direction of many Internet companies,and there are more and more Internet video enterprises.With the increase of Internet video enterprises,the competition between enterprises becomes more and more fierce.Now,people began to focus on the value transformation of enterprise data.In this era of information,who can master high-quality data information and effective processing application,who can become the industry leader.Data assets have become an important resource for enterprises to increase value,reduce operating costs and increase market share.Especially for Internet video enterprises,data assets can help businesses make more informed decisions,bringing more economic benefits to companies and greatly improving their competitiveness.The purpose of this paper is to establish a scientific evaluation mechanism for data assets,so advance your data assets and provide effective reference for its value evaluation.This paper takes the Internet video enterprise with data as the business driving element as an instance to study the creation mechanism of data asset value and value influencing factors.This paper first divides Internet video enterprises into different types,and by analyzing the development history and macro environment of the industry,the future development potential of Internet video enterprises is summarized.Then the factors affecting the value of these enterprises’ data assets are analyzed,and the mechanism of their value creation is summarized.In addition,through the applicability analysis of traditional asset evaluation method,we know the limitations of traditional asset evaluation of Internet video enterprises.Finally,based on the value contribution principle of data assets,a new evaluation system is explored through the method of whole first and then part.Therefore,this paper first improves the Metcalf-Deva value evaluation system makes it more suitable for the evaluation of the development of Internet video enterprises,and then introduces the user engagement coefficient and market share adjustment coefficient to correct the DEVA model,and establish a Deva-AHP data asset value evaluation system combined with a highly applicable analytic hierarchy process.And take the Internet video platform i Qiyi as an example to carry on the case application analysis.In this paper,the data asset value evaluation system raised is not limited to the data asset evaluation of video enterprises,but also has guiding significance for other Internet enterprises with large user groups when developing,utilizing and evaluating the value of data assets.The ideas and methods of data asset value evaluation proposed in this paper are not only applicable to the data asset value evaluation of Internet video enterprises,but also have a guiding role in the future development of Internet video enterprises,utilization and value evaluation of data assets of other Internet enterprises with large user groups and continuous formation of data assets.
