Abstract/Summary:
The logistics industry provides specialized logistics services for the manufacturing industry,and the manufacturing industry creates service scenarios for the logistics industry,which promotes the improvement of the logistics service level.The two industries complement each other,and the linkage development becomes an inevitable trend.The development stage of the digital economy presents new characteristics.The digital platform has become an intermediary connecting multiple enterprise entities.Its rapid development has subverted the traditional process,the ever-changing digital knowledge and technology and the uneven development of the degree of digitalization between enterprises have become an urgent need for the establishment of alliances.However,facing the rapid development of the digital economy,there are still problems such as the low level of digitalization,the insufficient degree of resource integration and openness,and the insufficient level of convergence and collaboration in the joint development of China’s manufacturing enterprises and logistics enterprises.How to integrate information,technology,knowledge,and business,and how to establish a digital linkage and integration mechanism for risk sharing and benefit sharing among enterprises are practical issues that need to be urgently discussed.Based on the study of the new characteristics of the development stage of digital economy and the theoretical analysis of the linkage development of traditional manufacturing enterprises and logistics enterprises,this paper uses the theory of social division of labor,transaction costs and industrial integration to explore the internal mechanism of the linkage development of manufacturing enterprises and logistics enterprises on the digital platform,and analyzes the role of digital platform,digital knowledge spillover,digital technology learning and digital technology how to impact on the digital linkage of both enterprises.Considering the micro subjectivity and dynamics,we innovatively introduce the knowledge spillover effect and the technology learning effect,technology impact effect that change dynamically with time,establish an evolutionary game model,conduct stability analysis,and use Matlab simulation software to verify the impact of different parameters on the digital linkage between the two enterprises.The research results show that:(1)There is the most reasonable income distribution coefficient and the amount of digital knowledge sharing,so that when manufacturing enterprises and logistics enterprises conduct digital linkage,the probability of evolution to fully "participate in digital linkage" is the greatest.(2)The increase in the cost of digital platform construction and the increase in the risk coefficient of digital knowledge sharing have reduced the probability that both enterprises choose to participate in digital linkage.(3)With the increase of the digital knowledge absorption coefficient,the elasticity coefficient of the logistics cumulative volume and the elasticity coefficient of the digital knowledge cumulative volume make the probability of both enterprises choosing to participate in the digital linkage greatly,and the speed towards the decision-making direction becomes faster and faster.(4)With the higher the penalty cost of opportunism and the greater the impact effect of digital technology,the greater the probability that both enterprises choose to participate in digital linkage.The innovation of this paper lies in is that on the one hand,it improves the evolutionary game research of the linkage between manufacturing enterprises and logistics enterprises under the background of digital economy,and makes up the deficiencies of existing research;On the other hand,it discusses the learning curve of technology learning between two enterprises innovatively,divides the setting of impact effect function into fixed mode and variable mode with time-varying effect,and further verifies the impact of different modes on the digital linkage development of manufacturing and logistics enterprises in the simulation part.
