With the development of the multi-chain ecosystem,various public chains and private chains continue to emerge,and a huge amount of transaction traffic has been accumulated.However,the design logic of the blockchain itself is relatively closed.Most blockchains are like an information island,and a unified communication standard cannot be established for cross-chain information communication,resulting in almost no information interaction between public chains.At the same time,the security of cross-chain protocols has always been a topic of constant discussion.Especially the cross-chain protocol based on the relay chain scheme,its security needs to be completely dependent on the security of the nodes and the consensus algorithm.How to choose the appropriate consensus algorithm to break through the impossible triangle of the blockchain has become a research hotspot.At present,with the iteration of existing technologies,the importance of blockchain is constantly being recognized by people,and cross-chain technology is also becoming more and more important with the development of blockchain.Existing cross-chain solutions often have various problems and challenges.In view of the challenges faced by the existing cross-chain solutions,this paper proposes a cross-chain protocol technical solution based on the main-sub-chain architecture.This paper firstly analyzes the general relay chain model and its adversary model,and redesigns the relay chain model and changes the cross-chain mechanism of the cross-chain protocol according to its problems.Specifically,the contributions and innovations of this paper are as follows:1.Combined with the core idea of the notary scheme and the relay chain scheme,the relay chain model is designed through the realization idea of smart contract + relay chain,and 4 key modules are proposed,which effectively reduces the development difficulty of general relay chain model.2.Reliable Verify Call module in the relay chain model solves the difficult problem of calling smart contracts in the general notary scheme,and ensures the security of crosschain data transmission.Finally,the performance test and security analysis of the cross-chain protocol designed in this paper are carried out,and a comparison is made with the Bit XHub scheme.Finally,experiments show that compared with the Bit XHub scheme,the cross-chain efficiency of this scheme is increased by an average of 14 times,and it can reach 20 times in the best case.
