As the Internet enters the era of big data, massive data is stored in people’s cell phones and computers. The emerging "We Media" industry generates a large amount of content every day, with related infringement cases occurring repeatedly.Traditional Digital Rights Management system(TDRM)has problems such as difficulty to obtain evidence,time-consuming,high price and centralization, etc. The inherent characteristics of blockchain, such as openness and transparency, immutability, and traceability, coincide with the demand for Decentralized Digital Rights Management(DDRM),which is one of the most popular blockchain application scenarios. However, the mutual independence of blockchain restricts its development.Different blockchain networks are closed to each other, and there is a technical barrier in data transmission and asset transfer. The external data can be on-chain with the help of "Oracle",Oracle acts as a bridge to connect the blockchain network with the external real world and ensures the trusted data provided by external data sources can be transferred to the inside of the blockchain. We conduct an in-depth study on interoperability between blockchains and DRM(Digital Rights Management)and use the oracle to solve the proposal confirmation problem between multiple blockchains and apply it to the DRM scenario to provide a new approach to DDRM,with the following results.(1)A Registration Oracle Scheme for Digital Rights Management Based on Heterogeneous Blockchains(HBRO)is proposed for the proposal confirmation problem between different blockchains.HBRO requests the consortium blockchain reviewers and public blockchain voters to deal with the proposal, and when the participants submit the results, the data interaction between the consortium blockchain and the public blockchain is completed using the notary mechanism to finalize the confirmation of the proposal.Compared with the existing work, the scheme proposed is more efficient for the corroboration scenario and introduces the cross-chain mechanism to reach the balance between centralization and decentralization.(2)Combining HBRO with DRM,we propose a digital content confirmation method based on HBRO.The content owner confirms the digital content through HBRO,completes the copyright registration through smart contracts, verifies the accuracy of digital content confirmation using the dual mode of review and voting, and designs the corresponding reward and punishment mechanism to improve the honesty of participants.(3)The HBRO-based digital content trading scheme is proposed, detailing two new trading strategies, introducing proxy in the trading process to improve trading efficiency, reducing the workload of content owners, and increasing the motivation of proxy to participate in trading. This paper also combines existing cryptographic techniques to apply hybrid encryption and proxy reencryption to the digital content transaction scenario to ensure the confidentiality of the key as well as the ciphertext during the transaction and reduce the incidence of infringement.
