With the process of urbanization in China,a lot of new urbanization communities have been produced in urban communities.At the same time,the supporting community service system and community governance capacity cannot be effectively supplied,leading to the traditional acquaintance social relationship based on blood and kinship defamiliarization,thus resulting in various social problems such as estrangement of man-machine relationship and increasing difficulty of community governance.The paper always focuses on the combination of community service and credit service to carry out research,analysis,design practice,explore the effective path to enhance the level of community trust,which is the innovation and the most challenging part of the paper.This paper collects and analyzes the user evaluation data of the platform through web crawler,and carries out questionnaire survey in each community owner group within the jurisdiction through network questionnaire with the assistance of the staff of the street Office of N community in H Province,and obtains a large amount of primary data and data.After analysis,it is found that there are several problems in the current situation of community service platforms in China.First,the functions of the platforms are relatively single and the frequency of users is low.Secondly,the visual and interactive design of the platform needs to be optimized,and some users express poor user experience.Third,there are regulatory loopholes and lack of regulators on the platform,which makes it difficult to protect users’ rights and interests.In addition,fraud or violation of network civilization may occur during online communication.Fourth,the operation and maintenance capacity of the platform is insufficient,and the application stability is not high.In addition,transactions in the form of community e-commerce and wechat business are prone to financial risks.In view of these exposed problems,this paper tries to provide solutions from four aspects:platform functional architecture,visual and interactive interface design,credit service intervention and business model innovation.First of all,by analyzing the roles,relationships and demands of stakeholders involved in the platform,the element allocation and priority of platform functions are clarified.Secondly,by analyzing the user journey and emotional experience of reaching trust between users and strangers,the pain points,difficulties and design points of users are explored based on the trust relationship between residents.Thirdly,integrate credit service into community service and establish corresponding evaluation model.Finally,draw the canvas of the platform business model based on the needs of each stakeholder,clarify the platform positioning and operation strategy,and discuss the innovation of the platform business model.Finally,the paper takes mobile APP as the design carrier to carry out the design practice of "Linxin" APP.In terms of optimizing the platform’s functional framework,enhancing visual design and improving interaction design,users’ needs will be addressed,and credit service application scenarios will be enriched to promote mutual trust among users,providing case references for community governance in the context of new urbanization.
