| Most of the existing residential buildings built between 1980 s and2006 in China have the problems of poor thermal performance and low energy-saving level.In order to improve the thermal performance of buildings and the per capita living standard,China has formulated a series of existing residential building reconstruction policies.Under the leadership of national policies,all localities have successively renovated the existing residential buildings.In order to implement the national laws and regulations on energy conservation and implement the decision-making deployment of carbon peak and carbon neutralization,it is clearly pointed out in the 14 th five year plan and 2035 long-term goal outline that it is necessary to accelerate the transformation of old buildings and improve the functions of old communities.Taking the envelope of existing residential buildings in Changchun from 1980 s to 2006 as the research object,this paper applies BIM Technology to the thermal performance transformation of envelope.Firstly,the envelope structure of existing residential buildings in Changchun is investigated on the spot,and the basic methods are classified.Then,the changes of thermal performance in different transformation schemes are analyzed,and the thermal performance analysis database of envelope structure of existing residential buildings in Changchun is sorted out.Secondly,it expounds the advantages of BIM Technology in the improvement of thermal performance of existing residential buildings,combines the advantages of BIM Technology with the characteristics of envelope structure,and then puts forward the methods and processes to improve thermal performance.Finally,taking the typical existing houses in Changchun as an example,based on the previous theoretical research,BIM Technology is applied to improve the thermal performance of existing residential buildings in Changchun,and a specific improvement scheme is formed through simulation calculation.It is hoped that through the above theoretical research and the analysis and summary of BIM Technology simulation results,it can provide data reference for the reconstruction of existing residential buildings in Changchun in the future,and finally achieve the purpose of improving the thermal performance of existing residential buildings. |
